This 3 bedroom villa in the Capistrano area of Nerja has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one single bedroom, one bathroom and capacity for 5 guests. 



The villa has a private pool and is set in an elevated, quiet, semi-rural location, but within walking distance of the town and beaches. The Capistrano development has its own restaurant, mini supermarket and bar within a few minutes' walk of the villa. There are wonderful, panoramic views from the villa of both the sea and the mountains. 



The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:



Outside: Private swimming pool, patio furniture, fenced patio, barbecue, private parking area for 3 cars.



Inside: Air conditioning in living room and two bedrooms (also heats in cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), fireplace, iron, , hair dryer,



The pool at this villa is a generous size and measures 7 meters x 3 meters.



The property has one bathroom with shower cubicle and wc.



The villa is situated in a safe, family-friendly neighbourhood and is a very popular choice for families with young children.



A car is recommended for visitors to the villa for getting around but is not essential.

Brilliant little Villa

This was our second stay here and we just love it. Views are spectacular. Facilities are brilliant and so peaceful. We will be back again for sure. Pool towels would be helpful as most people travelling with smaller luggage towels take up premium space - very minor gripe !

My family and I had a really wonderful holiday here. In spite of the odd issue initially eg incorrect key code on arrival and a small plumbing defect in the bathroom, everything was sorted out quickly, efficiently and effectively. We would definitely stay here again if we have another opportunity to do so.

Lovely stay , villa was clean and pool also.

lean , spare bedding and plenty of towels and nice pool. The property has more garden area , which whilst fenced off , did detract slightly from what could have been a lovely villa and garden . Possibly it is something the owners will do in the future.

This place is perfect for a family of 4/5. - Great Aircon - Lovely BBQ - Powerful Shower - Everything works as advertised. The pool is the highlight with a great view of the mountains and the sea as well as Nerja. Very safe for children in a very quiet neighourhood. There is a lovely local bar/restaurant which is a 2 min walk away where you can have a drink and they're more than happy to call you a taxi if you want to go into the towndown to Burriana. You can walk but I'd suggest a cab, they're cheap so it stops the sweating in the the lovely heat ! Easy to find, easy to access just perfect !!

Nice villa in lovely location.

The villa is lovely, pretty basic but very clean, outside area is great! Pool super great! Kitchen very well equipped, beds super comfy. Location was perfect for us, about 25 min walk to Burriana and about 30 min to Balcon, all down hill going, cab back is around 7-8 euros. 3 restaurants within 5 min walk in capistrano & a cocktail bar too! Very secure villa with big gates & an alarm. Agent is super helpful. The only real downsides I would say is, only 1 mirror in the whole villa in the bathroom (difficult when you're all trying to get ready) no hooks in the bathroom at all for towels etc.. a proper ironing board is needed. Also, when staying 3 weeks some more towels would be nice. (2 pool, 2 bath towels aren't enough to allow time for washing & drying) Not major things but things that would have made our stay a bit smoother. But all in all, a lovely villa and we'd definitely return!

L'emplacement, la vue et le calme. Je pense qu'il serait souhaitable pour économiser l'énergie électrique d'envisager le remplacement la gazinière ( Four) et de faire vérifier le thermostat du frigo car pas possible de régler la température.

Magnifique!

Magnifique vue sur la plage, bonne fonctionnalité, excellente communication. Le seul inconvénient est qu'il faut une voiture car ce n'est pas accessible à pied (en altitude). Bien que vous puissiez également utiliser le bus local ou le taxi, je le recommande !

Our Holiday

This villa is basic, but it has everything you need, although an iron and ironing board would have been appreciated. It has air conditioning and a pleasant outdoor pool area with comfortable sunbeds. However, it is in a busy residential area, so you get all the noises associated with that. The villa is next to a private villa; the owners have barking dogs, and they barked day and night. In addition, during our stay, a lot of building work and road works were taking place. A new apartment block is being built very near the villa. We appreciate that none of these things are within the villa owner's control, but it didn't make for a calm, relaxing holiday. On a more positive note, we found the people at the villa rental company very helpful.

Villa Delores Calle los alamos.

Check in process was purely WhatsApp based. Although very attentive and accurate, we had to work out all of the workings of the villa by trial and error as no one was there to go through things with us. Nor was there a welcome pack to help. There seemed to be a fairly sophisticated security system that we never managed to work out. Villa was spotlessly clean though and all the facilities were first class. The property was a bit further out than we thought which necessitated using the hire car to get into town every night. That was our fault as we didn’t realise just how big Nerja was and what looked like a ten minute walk into town on the map was anything but. The town centre was a good 30-45 mins walk away, which in the the thirty degree heat seemed like a long way on the odd occasion I walked to the stores. There was great sea views from the roof terrace and the air conditioning kept the inside lovely and cool using only one of the three units. The pool was large and the outside area was the main reason we booked the villa. We were not disappointed. It’s a quiet neighbourhood with only one neighbour nearby. There was building works adjacent to the villa but the workmen were not noisy whilst we were there which may change as the development progresses. All in all a good villa for a quiet , relaxing holiday .
