This was such a cool space. The property was very clean and spacious. It was a walkable distance to all the main attractions (Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, pantheon, etc). As well as shops and restaurants. It had two bathrooms with one having a shower. A kitchen with all necessities for cooking. The only thing I would add would have been a coffee machine. There were air conditioning units and fans which was nice on such hot days. This was close enough to the Rome Terimini train station that we walked to the apartment. Approximately 15 minutes. There was a really good restaurant right across the street which had the best food we had our entire trip. Their was good communication with the hosts, no issues.I would definitely recommend this property!

This apartment has so much potential! It is lovely, with high ceilings and archways, hardwood floors, etc. Unfortunately, it is in need of some TLC. 1st, the bathroom…BOTH shower heads were broken, toilets were not functioning properly, the description says A/C, there were 2 standing units, one blowing warm air, the second mildly cool. Definitely not adequate for the apt size. Then, to end our not great few days, a VERY rude gentleman arrived at 9:50am when check out was at 10, and never even buzzed to let us know he was coming in! I wanted to love this place…maybe if the owners upgrade?? But we won’t be back

Good location, A/C not sufficient

This apartment was is a great location in a well kept building. Close to the Repubblica Metro stop. Plenty of restaurants and shops in very close walking distance. The one issue would be the property detail of "air conditioning". This whole apartment, over 1000 sq. feet, has one portable air conditioning unit and two fans. During a heat advisory in Rome one bedroom is comfortable, but the other bedroom was hot.

We really enjoyed our stay in Rome. The apartment met all our need and the location was excellent for exploring the city on foot.
