Villa Elodie is a modern, spacious villa offering the utmost comfort for a holiday between the sea and the mountains, in a relaxing, peaceful setting overlooking the famous Pestana alto golf course.
You'll have the accommodation (villa) all to yourself.
The villa is a 15-minute walk from the beaches (Praia da Rocha...).
The kitchen benefits from a luxury capsule coffee maker - using Delta capsules - the Delta coffee maker produces exceptional coffee. Capsules can be purchased locally, your host will provide you with the first capsules.
The Villa reservation is entirely private.

An inflatable extra bed for two people can be provided for stays on request only.
For long-term bookings of 3 weeks or more, electricity and water charges are payable by the guest upon receipt of the bill.
No person not registered in addition to the reservation made on the site or only passing through for a visit is accepted in the villa without making a request to the owner.
A penalty of €100.00 per day per person will be payable if this condition is not met.
Pool heating is an optional extra.
From June to September there is no extra charge. In October the price is: 45€/day.
From November to March the price is: 75€/day and From April to May the price is: 55€/day.
Air conditioning or heating of the Villa are optional extras also at 35€ per day and on request only.
Excessive use of the air conditioning or heating may result in an additional charge on your base price, which is currently 35€ per day to 65€ per day. The current price is calculated on the basis of normal use, taking care to switch off the system in rooms where you are no longer present or when you leave the property, and closing doors and windows when the system is on. The system is very efficient and cools or heats rooms very quickly.
To protect our beautiful planet too, the system has been pre-programmed by default. All you need to do to start the system is press the on or off button on the remote control. The rest is done automatically, so don't try to force the system as this could cause it to go out of adjustment and you would need to call in a technician to reprogram it, which would of course be entirely at your expense.
