Kokomo Villas consists of 3 luxury villas, located on a hill overlooking the bay of Lygaria in the greater area of Agia Pelagia. It can be reached from Heraklion/Heraklion Airport in about 25 minutes. It is easily accessible from the Highway and ideal as a base for exploring places of interest. Although close to various magnificent beaches, restaurants and supermarkets, it is also perfect for relaxing in privacy.

The villas are characterized by high aesthetics and stunning panoramic views of the Cretan Sea. The earthy tones of the spaces merge into the deep blue of the sea and sky, offering an unforgettable sense of harmony and gentleness. Every aspect, material and element has been carefully selected to wrap you in a state of calmness and satisfaction. All you need to do is enjoy.
Villa Aura hosts 2 bedrooms, both with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers. The front bedroom offers panoramic sea view and direct access to the front veranda. The back bedroom offers a tasteful private veranda with views of the garden. The common area consists of a cosy living room, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. This area also has direct access to the front veranda. Just below the veranda which includes a dining table and a barbeque (gas), there is the pool area which has a private swimming pool with sunbeds, an outdoor shower and lounge poufs. Furthermore, Kokomo Villas has solar panels installed to provide some of the energy needed in the property through them.
IMPORTANT NOTICE : This property is not suitable for children from 2 to 7 years old, since there is an infinity pool and some not covered areas

Hello there,
I am Manos, owner and manager of CreteVillas4U. I have been in the hospitality sector long before CreteVillas4U, however. I was actually born, grew up, and spent most of my life in a hotel owned by my family. So, I guess it came as no surprise when I expressed my wish to study in Rhodes’ Tourism School and, later on, when I decided to start my own business in the sector.
One thing I learned growing up in a family-run hotel is that hospitality is more than hotel management, logistics and operations. It is a culture, passing down from one generation to the next. You can study to be a hotel manager but you cannot study to be hospitable.
I apply this philosophy in my business as well. The rule is simple: the guests of the villas I manage are my guests. As an active traveller, I expect nothing less myself.
The fourth generation of Dafermos hoteliers has already been born. I know now that my two beautiful children will probably follow my steps, like I did before them. There is a small difference though: they are smarter, more educated, better (big smile).
