The property is accessed at street level. From there, a short flight of stairs leads to the main entrance and the principal floor, where you will find a spacious and bright open-plan living area with an integrated kitchen.



The living room features a Smart TV, fireplace, indoor dining area, and direct access to the terrace, garden, and pool, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances. A guest WC is also located on this floor.



Outdoors, the villa offers a large terrace with a wooden dining table, chill-out area, sun loungers, and truly breathtaking sea views.

The garden features a private swimming pool with a slide, ideal for families with children, as well as a separate barbecue area with a built-in barbecue and stone table.

Everything has been designed for relaxed holidays shared by several families or groups.

A small supermarket is just a 10-minute walk away, perfect for buying fresh bread and croissants every morning.

The beautiful sandy beach of Cala Canyelles, one of the most attractive in the area, is only a 10-minute drive away. It features a small marina, beach bar, lifeguard service, and water activities. On the beach you will also find two excellent restaurants: the newly opened Gammarus beach club with a great atmosphere and music, and the classic Sybius, ideal for enjoying fresh fish and paellas.
