High chair and cot available. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Second-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Kitchen/diner with TV and woodburning stove. Dining room with electric fire. Sitting room with electric fire

Amenities: Gas central heating with 2 x woodburning stoves and an electric fires. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking available on a first come, first served basis. Courtyard with patio and furniture. Two well behaved pets welcome. High chair and cot available. Outside hot tap is available at the property for pets to be washed down if needed. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.6 miles. Note: Check in 5pm.
