This is two adjacent holiday cottages in their own large garden with lawns and patio areas.
It is ideal for an extended family.
There are 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 10 people.

It is close to the seaside town of Filey with the town and beach about 5 mins drive or 15-minute walk ( depending on how fast you walk! )

Filey is the ideal holiday destination if you want to experience both the Yorkshire Coast & North Yorkshire Moors.

Mill Farm Holiday Cottages provide lovely Self Catering Cottages and are both within walking distance of Filey town and the beach yet surrounded on three sides by open fields.

The Holiday Cottages are a development of just two cottages with glorious distant sea views over the fields and Filey Town. Both have outside barbeque and eating areas together with parking. They are furnished to a high standard and can accommodate parties of all sizes, with a 2 bedroomed and a 3 bedroomed cottage available, parties of 4 & 6 guests respectively can comfortably be accommodated.

Flamborough View Cottage is best for families with children as one room is small and is more suited to children.

In an ideal location, the cottages can easily be accessed through the farm's positioning adjacent to one of the main routes into the coastal town, whilst being bordered on 3 sides by green fields and various wildlife; providing both easy access yet stunning views and the countryside feeling.

Offering all the modern day requirements, your stay in Filey will feel home from home; as both cottages offer large flat screen TV's, Dishwashers, Full Size Fridge Freezers and WiFi.

It is just a short walk of about 15 mins down to the beach or into Filey Town centre where there is a large Tesco store (for Filey) and plenty of places to eat including Italian & Traditional English fare.

The surrounding fields have cows or sheep in summer and in the winter the occasional deer is seen looking for a meal. Other wildlife includes owls, kestrels, foxes, newts, weasels, pheasants and a host of other birds.

We are an ideal base whether you are looking for a week by the sea or want to venture further afield. The Yorkshire Moors & Dalby forest is a mecca for mountain bikers and walkers whilst Filey's 5 miles of golden sands are ideal for buckets and spades.
