Located in the Amara Viejo area, a few steps from Easo Square, the Good Shepherd Cathedral and the commercial zone, this property is situated in a quiet environment in the very centre of San Sebastian. It is located on the first floor of a recently built building, with a lobby and lift at ground level, which guarantees comfortable and barrier-free access.



The apartment features a bright living-dining room with air conditioning, decorated with a current and warm design, from which access is gained to an external balcony, ideal for enjoying the urban atmosphere or relaxing outdoors. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and complete kitchenware. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a spacious shower, both spaces designed to offer comfort and functionality. The property includes free wifi in addition to heating, ensuring a comfortable stay at any time of the year.

The apartment was conveniently located. And it was very quiet for being in the city. We had everything we needed for a great stay. Only issue we had was the elevator code didn’t work every time to access our car. Had to go through the gate instead.

2 week stay in San Sebastián

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rental. They even had cleaning service mid stay that was nice. Great location - you can walk anywhere in town and use the bus or train to get to other towns - very convenient. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and with the safety within the building.

Cozy and modern

We had to go to an office to check in and get a physical key. We were able to leave our bags in the office while we walked across the street to have a very nice lunch on the terrace with a spectacular view of the beach. After that, check-in was pretty easy, and the walk to the apartment took about 7 or 8 minutes. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to a main thoroughfare to the beach. There is a new brunch/bakery/lunch cafe directly across the street that offers tasty fresh fare and good coffee. We were easily able to walk to the Catedral del Buen Pastor and the restaurants near there. The beach was also a nice, simple walk away. Although Old Town San Sebastian and the river are a little farther away, they're still nice walks and not too hilly. The apartment is located up a slight hill, though. The inside of the apartment, though small, is modern. The water pressure was good and the shower got hot. The paint on the inside of the front door is badly peeling & needs some work. The appliances are nice, but we used only the refrigerator and the clothes washer. Although I had asked a few times if there were a clothes dryer, I never received a response. The answer is that there is not, but a drying rack is located in the storage room on the balcony. The unit does have air conditioning, though it cools mainly the living room/kitchen. There is an oscillating fan in the bedroom and that was mostly sufficient. The bed is quite firm but we were able to sleep.
