Great location with terrace.

The Costa apartment was in a great location and an easy walk to the Old Town. The terrace is good sized and overlooks the beach. San Sebastian is a beautiful city and well worth a visit.

Thanks to the very excellent view and the comfortable facilities, we were able to have a very fulfil

We also enjoyed lunch with txakoli on the balcony. Especially my wife was pretty excited about the nice seaview.We will return to San Sebastian again, and then we will pick accommodations from your Rentals Collection's lineup, including Costa It was a bit far to go to Parte Vieja on foot, but it was not a big problem

Perfect

The property is central to all areas the view from the roof top terrace does not disappoint. One small thing, it would have been nice to have a couple of coffee or tea sachets which to be fair is the least i would expect on arrival usually. Overall an excellent stay and thete a plenty of coffee shops nearby

Perfect for San Sebastián Central

This property has access to all. Best location….comfortable, spacious, and the view is spectacular. I would ask that they stock the apartment just a bit, especially for those of us who like to cook during a longer stay. A few items would help a lot….olive oil, coffee, salt, maybe cooking spray. A few items would help a lot. The beds are comfortable and it’s very quiet other than the elevator. We had a great stay!

The apartment was great. As always thank you for the good service. My only tip - suggest to leave some small units of cleaning materials such as toilet cleaner, etc. for those staying 1-2 weeks, similar to the small size of dish washing liquid. Otherwise everything was perfect. We have no complaints and we will book again next year.

the location and Costa unit are the very best

thank you so much for being flexible during COVID as we had to change the dates at least twice from when we booked several years ago. You were very kind in doing so and never made it a hassle. As for the apartment, check in/out was very easy, the location and Costa unit are the very best. Everything was fantastic. Thank you for everything and we shall return down the road

Last minute scaffolding notification with blocked view, no offer for discount or refund

Management company notified me less than one week before trip that scaffolding was put up blocking view. They offered free cancellation but no partial refund or discount to compensate. Needless to say I could not have been more disappointed as I justified cost because of view. When talking to neighbors, scaffolding had been put up weeks before. We stayed in this flat as no other lodging with view was available on such short notice. It’s a lovely apartment but I was just stunned how rental company mismanaged the situation. I will return to San Sebastián but I will not stay at any of their properties in the future.

Detalles como el descuento de 30 minutos en el parking de la Kontxa marcan la diferencia y del apartamento solo se puede decir que es una maravilla: la ubicación, la decoración, los espacios y sin duda, la terraza. Una estancia de 10. Quizá retrasaría la hora de salida, ya que es un poco temprana.
