Brand-new and modern apartment in one of the most lively streets of San Sebastian: the street Peña Y Goñi in Gros, a few steps away from the beach and next to the Old Town. The apartment is 1 minute walk to the beach and 3 minutes to the Old Town. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a large bed, so it can accommodate up to 4 people.

Our apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, a stylish space with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a patio-garden, the green space of the house for you to enjoy. We have large Queen size beds in each bedroom (150cm wide). Our front picture displays an orange arrow showing where exactly the apartment is located. The strategic location of the apartment is perfect: literally 1 minute walk to the beach and right next to the Old Town of San Sebastian, where all the restaurants and pintxos are.

In case you come by car, there is a subterranean public parking right in front of the apartment, 1 minute walk from our door, the parking is called "Kursaal Parking". As you see, the apartment is a few steps away from the beach and right next to the Old Town, so you will be in the perfect location to enjoy the relaxing beach (or the waves if you like surfing) and also all the magic that happens in the Old Town, with all it has to offer, including pintxos!

Great location, easy communication

We enjoyed our stay in San Sebastián - Ignacio was a warm and welcoming host who provided easy and clear instructions for check-in. The apartment was very close to the beach and an easy walk to the Old Town. Recommend!

Great apartment, location and host

Check in went very smoothly and the host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was great and the location was wonderful, near the ocean and surrounded by good restaurants. I would recommend!

Spacious and modern apartment - perfect location to explore San Sebastian

The apartment is very modern and in great shape. Easy to park with the Kursaal parking lot about a block away. Plenty of good restaurants and bars around. Check-in process was very smooth, and great communication with the property manager who speaks spanish, basque, english and french. Overall an excellent experience! We would totally stay in the same place were we to come back.

Great space; conveniently located.

Iñigo was a great host. The instruction he left and level of communication were unsurpassed. The apartment is in a great location surrounded by a multitude of places to eat and shop. Close to the beach and trains / buses. We will be back.

great place in donostia

we really enjoyed this very nice and well remodeled apartment in San Sebastian. The place was clean and very comfortable and very well thought out. The host had made many thoughtful touches to the place. We feel the location was the best in the city. Also, during our stay, the host was very, very nice and very responsive, trying his best to, answer any questions as soon as possible and help us with any issues overall, it was a very smooth and enjoyable trip. Highly recommended.

Great location for a wonderful stay

Everything about this place was wonderful. The location is right next to the beach and a short beautiful walk to all the sites. The owners thought of everything you would need and the apartment is very nicely remodeled. I also want to comment that the water pressure was amazing and the beds were super comfortable. Having air conditioning was a huge bonus and it was a perfect place to relax and recharge. Parking is easy and close by, it made things very convenient. The check in process is also super simple and they have a great welcome book with food recommendations and lots of helpful information. We would absolutely stay here again, it is a true gem.

Perfect location, best host

The location of this apartment simply cannot be beat. This was our second time in San Sebastian, so we already had some familiarity with the town and an idea of where we wanted to be. However, we were still pleasantly surprised by how central this apartment was. Yet, despite all the commotion, the building felt very secure and was very clean. Although the apartment is literally in the center of everything, it was quiet because the windows are facing the inner 'courtyard' between buildings, away from the street. The apartment itself was very clean, well maintained and had everything we needed (except, maybe, a laundry dryer embedded in the washer...but we are spoiled Americans in that sense). Iñigo, the host, went out of the way to help us before and during our trip. Since we were visiting during the Semaña Grande, we feared parking would be an issue, and he found a parking lot not too far that accepted advance reservations to give us a peace of mind during our week-long stay. All of our questions and requests were addressed in real time. We left even more in love with San Sebastian than when we arrived, in large part thanks to the very comfortable accommodations.
