Light, comfort and design come together in this fantastic space to offer you an unforgettable stay in the old town of the Andalusian capital. Decorated with details that provide a traditional and modern touch at the same time, it offers a large bedroom, spacious and bright living room, dining room and kitchen.In the old town.All its furniture is high-end, high quality and very elegant.It is an oasis of peace where you can relax and unwind while having the most monumental, cultural and popular part of the city at your fingertips.

It has air conditioning, Wifi, a large TV, Netflix for the use of our guests.It has an injectable bed in the living room which makes it ideal for 2 people but also now for up to 4 if traveling with a child or 2 couples.Keep in mind that when the injected bed in the living room is installed, access to the living room is blocked for the use of the people who are using said bed. However, both the kitchen and the bathroom are perfectly accessible.



You just have to enjoy it!

Cute apartment. Host made arrangements for someone to meet us to check-in. Overall it meet our needs for our visit to Sevilla. Walking distance from most sites. The communication was a bit slow and we had to figure out on our own that the Wifi information in the handbook was incorrect and to use information on the modem. Updating linens, towels and pillows would make the experience better. Also, having extra towels would be helpful.

Historic Sevilla experience

The apartment is very clean, located at ground level within the historic part of Seville. You of course hear the city noise. There are many shops and cafes nearby. You reach the Cathedral in 15min by feet and the Placa Espana in 35-40min. The beds are very comfortable- also the 3rd bed which unfolds from a cupboard has a real mattress and is much more comfortable than the usual sleeping sofa. 2 suggestions for improvement: more places to hang the towels and a correct discription to the apartment… it showed 1 Adresse but when we clicked on the button with the „ Wegbeschreibung „ a totally different address appeared. The guy who worked for the rental agency was so kind to pick us up and brought us to the right place.

Décevant

Point positif : location très bien située pour visiter Séville à pied. Points négatifs :communication avec l'agence de location quasi inexistante : 24h avant le départ, toujours pas d'infos de la part de l'agence sur les modalités de remise des cléfs , l'adresse exacte ( on avait juste le nom de la rue ). On a du faire intervenir Abritel/VRBO pour obtenir les infos.Le logent en lui-même : les murs sont humides au point de faite tomber le crépi à plusieurs endroits ( hélas, ce n'est pas visible sur les photos dans l'annonce )Le logent est au RDC , juste à coté de la porte principale de la résidence. On entend tous les bruits de claquement de la porte , les pas sur le sol qui résonnent, la commande à distance de la porte de rue etc. Et comme il y a beaucoup de mouvements la nuit , on dort mal ! Le climatiseur ne fonctionne pas en mode " chaud ".En janvier à Séville , le matin il fait 8 C ...Nous avons du mettre 2 pulls pour ne pas avoir froid dans cet appartement. Fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain - la moitié du sol était trempé après la douche .Les codes WIFI n'étaient pas les bons , donc pas de WIFI pendant le séjour ...Impossible de joindre par téléphone l'agence de location. Ils n'ont jamais répondu au téléphone ni aux sms envoyés.En conclusion : au prix ou est loué cet appartement,on s'attendait à quelque chose de mieux . La prestation du logement n'est pas au niveau du prix et la gestion de la clientèle ( nous ) par l'agence est inexistante.

Fijn appartement in het centrum

Ontzettend goed bevallen. Ik verbleef 3 weken in Sevilla en voelde mij ontzettend thuis in het appartement. Alle voorzieningen zijn dichtbij. Giralda en Alcazar zijn op loopafstand.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Apartment ist wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist sehr gut, kleine Läden, Restuarants, Cafés, etc. für jeden Geschmack und Geldbeutel in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden. Wir konnten die gesamte Innenstadt zu Fuß erkunden. Ganz kleine Kritik: es gfehlt ein Wasserkocher in der Küche um Tee zu machen und ein Staubsauger wäre auch gut.

Nous avons apprécié l'appartement, très propre, moderne tout en étant dans un immeuble de style typiquement andalou,très bien situé, proche de toutes les commodites Il faudrait juste faire un effort sur les ustensiles de cuisine(casseroles, passoire....)
