Surrounded by a large fenced park in a sunny position, the villa has a beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage (6x15 meters and depth from 1.00 to 2.40 meters) and barbecue.

The private lake surrounded by trees is accessible to guests and is ideal for moments of rest and silence in the shade on the benches reserved for guests. Around the villa there is a vineyard, a small olive grove and a typically Tuscan vegetable garden.

The recently renovated villa has four apartments( Iris, Ninfea, Primula, Tulipano) furnished with care and style, each of which has a private entrance and a private terrace with table and chairs for dining outside. The apartments are equipped with all the accessories to make your stay unique and pleasant, such as satellite TV, private parking, hot water, fridge, oven, gas, electricity, final cleaning, free access to the swimming pool and barbecue.

The prices per apartment apply for a minimum stay of 7 nights and include all energy consumption (water, gas, electricity), bed lines and towels with weekly linen change and final cleaning. Pets are not allowed.
