In the heart of Alghero’s historic center, just a few steps from the sea and the iconic bastions, this elegant luxury duplex, “Emerald Top”, consists of two interconnected apartments , each one equipped with WI-FI, air cond, wash machine, dish washer, Tv, fridge, freezer and can accommodate up to 8 guests, offering the perfect balance of privacy, comfort, and the authentic atmosphere of the ancient city. A rare find in the historic center.
The duplex is spread over multiple levels and also features a charming loft with wooden beams and exposed stone, preserving the authentic charm of historic city homes. The two units have independent entrances but share a main entrance with a security door, ensuring privacy while also allowing guests to enjoy the spaces together if desired. It is the ideal solution for large families or groups of friends who want to stay together while maintaining their independence.
The apartment is located in Alghero’s historic center, just steps from the sea and the stunning panoramic bastions, offering spectacular views of Capo Caccia. The house retains the full charm of traditional architecture thanks to a careful, non-invasive renovation that highlighted the original exposed stone and wooden beams.
While staying here, you can stroll through alleys, arches, towers, and historic squares, visit artisan shops, and enjoy local cuisine in the many typical restaurants of the city center.

Lovely apartment

What a charming and comfortable apartment in the historical center of Alghero! We loved the sights, and aromas coming from the street below and the apartment had most everything we needed. The only challenge being the lack of wi-fi. The furnishings are lovely and decorated with a thoughtful eye. We would definitely stay here again!

Old Town Apartment

This is an excellent apartment in the historical center of Alghero. The location cannot be beat- a wine shop and amazing restaurants are literally a stones throw away. We enjoyed exploring Alghero and beaches to the north and south. The apartment is well appointed and spacious for traveling couples and a crib was available if needed. The only caution we could provide to prospective travelers would to be aware of the notes in the listing on parking- we found the public parking lot to be very convenient with plentiful, safe parking available a short walk away, however the nature of the historical streets in the “Old Town” area would favor those traveling with easy to manage bags, but this is true of any apartment in this historical area due to driving restrictions- and was honestly not an issue for us. Communication with the host is clear and consistent. We’d definitely consider this apartment for future visits.

Absolute lovely Apartment

Der Kontakt mit Tiziana war einfach nur super entspannt und unkompliziert! Sie ist so lieb und hat schon direkt nach der Buchung Bilder und Beschreibungen geschickt die hilfreich sind. Bei Ankunft hat mich Natalie empfangen und mir einmal alles gezeigt was wichtig ist. In der Wohnung ist alles wichtige vorhanden. Ich hatte für den Fall der Fälle beide Handynummern und hätte beiden immer schreiben können. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum der Altstadt und man erreich fußläufig alles. Für den Strand lohnt es sich ein Auto zu haben, um nicht an den überlaufenen Stadtstrand zu müssen. Alles in allem sehr zu Frieden und empfehlenswert! Gerne wieder :)

Casa molto pulita, finemente decorata, arredata e rimodernata, piacevole alla sia alla vista che nella comodità degli spazi ben studiati nella parte living. Situata nel pieno centro storico ma a pochi passi dalle zone raggiungibili in auto. Tutti i servizi sono a portata di mano e si potrebbe dimenticare l'auto per il periodo della permanenza ad Alghero in questa struttura. Nonostante la zona, l'appartamento di Tiziana rimane comunque silenzioso anche quando nelle strade adiacenti la movida corre. Un po' difficoltose le scale per salire fino al piano dell'appartamento, non adatte a persone con scarsa mobilità ma facili per una persona mediamente allenata, ascensore assente come d'obbligo in una casa storica del centro. Da menzionare il soffitto un po' basso nella zona notte a soppalco quando ci si muove ma tutto sommato accettabile visto che si sale solo per dormire

Direkte Altstadt-Lage, sehr nette Vermieterin

Das Objekt liegt direkt in der Altstadt. Es sind einige steile Treppen zur Wohnung zu bewältigen, sodass ich von großen Hartschalenkoffern abraten würde. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Die Vermieterin Tiziana ist eine sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Person und jederzeit erreichbar. Ein Aufenthalt ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Total relax

We hat a really great time in this cisy appartement, which is located directly in the old town Center. All essential locations (Shops, Restaurants, supermarket, tourist info, Bus Station, etc.) can be reached by a 3 -minute-walk. Communication with oder was perfect: prompt & helpful every time, if needed. It was a pleasure!

Traumhafte Urlaub auf Sardinien

Text für beide Wohnung: Meine Freundin Maryana und ich sind neulich für ein paar Tage in der wunderschönen Stadt Alghero auf der herrlichen Insel Sardinien gewesen. Wir hatten eine großartige Wohnung von dem Anbieterin Tiziana bekommen. Die Wohnung ist mitten in der alten Stadt. Eine gute Lage, drin ruhig, hell und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben die Zeit sowohl in der Stadt, als auch in der Wohnung und auf der Insel sehr genossen. Unvergessliche Zeit!!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Conosco l’appartamento e lo occupo ogni tanto per lavoro. Penso sia la casa la più carina in cui sono stato ad Alghero in centro per stile , accoglienza,confort ,tranquillitá e location. APPARTAMENTO MOLTO BELLO E CURATO !

Appartamento molto ben curato e confortevole nel centro storico di Alghero. Ho trascorso delle belle vacanze di Natale e ci ritornerò sicuramente in estate perché ci sono molte spiagge che si raggiungono a piedi in pochi minuti ! Estremamente gentile la proprietaria che vi dará molte informazioni utilissime prima di partire. Come ad esempio i posteggi, se avete la macchina. Da sottolineare il grande valore aggiunto di questo appartamento é la posizione . Si trova in centro storico, a traffico limitato , ma allo stesso tempo al confine con la cittá nuova . Questo vi permetterá di raggiungere i posteggi facendo pochi passi, ma non solo, anche supermercato , vari negozi, mercato ecc. ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIATO! GRAZIE !

L"appartamento disposto su due livelli con doppi bagni è risultato conforme alla descrizione dell"annuncio; l'ho trovato pulito, ordinato e ben accessoriato. Lo stile e l'atmosfera si intonano perfettamente con il centro storico di Alghero dove l'appartamento è situato .Molto romantico e ad effetto soprattutto per la pietra antica e l' arredamento . Ho costatato un buon rapporto qualitá/prezzo. Certamente vorrò provare anche un soggiorno estivo!

Bellissima casa in centro storico

Sono stato ad Alghero a Natale e ho alloggiato in un appartamento molto carino e pulitissimo con sottotetto. In uno stile particolare,originale e personale con la pietra a vista nella camera e le travi bianche. Molto confortevole ,soprattutto la camera e il letto. La cucina è ben organizzata per gli amanti del fai dai te. Noi abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori perchè la casa è situata in centro storico tra centinaia di piccoli ristoranti, pizzerie, paninoteche. In una bellissima posizione se si vuole cogliere lo spirito catalano di Alghero e le sue tradizioni nei numerosi negozi di artigianato del posto. Alghero in questo periodo è bellissima ! ma ritornerò sicuramente qui in estate grazie anche alla proprietaria molto cordiale e disponibile. Consigliato e promosso a pieni voti con lode !

Meravigliosa esperienza!

L'appartamento si trova nel centro storico di Alghero. E' molto pulito, in un' ottima posizione. Assolutamente consigliato! Ci tornerò sicuramente in estate per visitare le spiagge! Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta.

Un piacevolissimo ritorno! Casa molto ben equipaggiata, silenziosa, ma al tempo stesso in pieno centro, ove tutto è a portata di mano. Situata a due passi dalla fermata del beach bus, che porta alle spiagge in direzione di Capo Caccia.

L' appartement est propre. Il est très bien situé dans le centre historique. Il est conforme aux photos La rue est calme après 23h. Avant c'est très raisonnable La literie du lit est confortable. Celle du canapé lit un peu moins. La propriétaire est vraiment à l'écoute et répond à toutes les questions. Alghero est une belle ville. Nous recommandons particulièrement les plages de Lazaretto et de Porto Ferro. Nous recommandons cette location. Jean Michel ISOARDO
