Wide and bright apartment in Prati area, near Via Cola di Rienzo and Piazza del Popolo, situated on the second floor (with lift) inside an elegant building with a doorman. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

Classically furnished, the apartment is composed of a large entrance hall, a living room with TV, 2 bedrooms, one double and one with two queen size beds, 2 bathroom with shower, kitchen and a comfortable living room with a sofa bed.

The apartment is cozy, fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning in every room, wi fi, washing machine and dryer.

Tourist Tax € 6 person per night up to a maximum of 10 nights (children under 10 years of age are excluded)

Late check-in fee after 8:00 PM€ 25

As others have written, this apartment was brighter and more spacious than we expected -- high ceilings, large bedrooms, and a nice living room, too. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and gelaterias nearby, and an easy 15-minute walk across the river to the historic city center. The hosts/managers were also easy to communicate with. A terrific place to stay.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, spacious, quiet, and felt like home. Checkin was limited to the noon hour, even though we had rented the previous night to ensure an early morning arrival. It worked out just fine, but it would help to know that you can't check in early morning if needed. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Rome.

Booking an additional night does not automatically guarantee early morning access to the apartment. As we do not offer self check-in, access to the property is always managed by our operations team, who begin their shift at a set time each morning. The earliest we can welcome guests is when our team starts their day and the apartment has been properly prepared — regardless of whether an extra night has been booked. Booking an extra night in order to access the property from early morning is an option that works when self check-in is available — something we have never offered nor advertised. Had you asked us in advance, we would have been happy to clarify this and help you plan your arrival accordingly. Large, clean and quiet apartment; just right for a family stay. Excellent location just across the river from the Centro Storico - but far enough away to be residential. The clothes dryer was a rare amentity that came in handy. We also took advantage of the convenient arranged ride from the airport.

Loved Stay in Rome Apartment

What a lovely place to stay for our visit in Rome! All was comfortable, clean and functional with high ceilings and a modern kitchen. We loved the location - so easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go - the market, the butcher, our favorite cafe spot around the corner. So close to the Tiber, and we were able to walk to most of our destinations, including the Vatican, the Coliseum, Trastevere, and the Metro A. We would definitely stay again.

Pristine property- even better than we expected in every way!

We loved this home. It was pristinely clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our family of 5. Communication was great throughout the process. The location was excellent- just outside the hustle and bustle. It felt like a mix of locals and study abroad college students. Couldn’t recommend it enough and will definitely stay there again on future visits.
