The place was not as described. most things were not werking well or broken. the dining ta le was broken [we could not use it] the jacuzzi was not working (no hittinh and was empty - not really usable) and practically nothing was working properly (bathroom drainage, shower utilities, empty etc.)Furthermore, we booked the place in advance and informed the owner that we will arrive at night, howeve upon arival the women who met us at the property insisted that we need to pay for our late arrival additional 50 Euro in cash ( no change or recepit) and would not let us check in untill we paid. it was late at night and we were with our kids a d had to pay the rensom in order to go to sleep. it felt lile a scam.we will not return and do not recomend the place.

Nous avons apprécié la localisation proche du centre et des restaurants Parking à 10 minutes environ, des escaliers pour y accéder mais se fait très bien. le petit moins le prix du parking. bonne literie. Une déception, le jacuzzi que nous n'avons pas utiliser, il fallait le remplir ce qui prend un certain temps et pas de bâche de protection donc l'eau aurait été vite sale. Autre point négatif lors de notre séjour, le logement disposait de 2 salles de bain avec WC, dont un hors service. Ce qui ne nous avait pas été signalé au préalable par l'hôte. 1 wc pour 5 adultes et de plus dans la salle de bain pas toujours évident.

Nice however……..

A nice apartment although no natural light in the two smaller bedrooms. Good location in local neighbourhood, 10 minute walk from town. Inaccurate information about on site parking. There is none, only the local car park at a cost of over €200 for two weeks.

Spacious apartment for a stay in Taormina

We would recommend this apartment for a stay in Taormina. The apartment itself was beautiful- it had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. It’s a bit further from the main tourist area, but it was a fairly easy 10 minute walk to get there. It’s worth noting that there is a parking deck available not TOO far away, but you will climb a ton of stairs to get back to the street/apartment. Another small negative is that the stairs leading to the apartment entrance don’t have lighting, so be prepared with a cell phone light if coming back after dark. Overall, this was a nice place at a reasonable price for the size.

No on-site parking provided as stated

If you are happy to be given incorrect information, that is, there is no on-site parking as mentioned in the property discription, If your happy to have a resident within the complex talk from midnight through to early hours of the morning, and wake you up…. And that’s to name a few points, then this is the place for you. In summary, unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

Inaccurate

There is no parking on-site. Budget on an extra € 15 per day for parking at Parcheggio Lumbi which is 350m away, down (and up!) 250 steps. Apartment is clean but located in a not so nice little cul de sac. There are no working lights on the outdoor stairs. It was not good value for money.

Attractive apartment in central Taormina

We loved staying in central Taormina - all of the attractions a short walk away. The apartment is really well furnished and charming. The sun terrace a great place to relax. Everything worked well. The property manager - Nadia - was very well organised and always responded promptly to WhatsApp messages. Overall would highly recommend.

3 Bedroom Apartment in Taormina Sicily

The apartment is in a good location with local restaurants within walking distance. The main shopping area and Greek Theater are also within walking distance. The WiFi worked great. Just be prepared for a lot of walking up and down the narrow streets. If you rent a car there is absolutely no parking near the apartment except for the public parking garage that is a hike with 265 stairs that go from the parking garage to the street. The parking garage charges a per hour fee to park there. For anyone that has difficult walking or climbing stairs Taormina is not user friendly but we loved Sicily.
