Modern day rental done right!!

The entire process from reservations to check-in to check-out was very user friendly, even for an old crew like all of us. The one error was actually a positive. Upon arrival the door code was incorrect. I called the number listed and an actual person answered immediately and solved the issue immediately and we were in immediately!! We had zero issue the rest of the week. Kudos!!

Great location, easy beach access

This was a nice place to stay with great views of the ocean. The trolley access was very helpful to get down to the restaurants and shops.

Great location, views and property

Our family had a wonderful experience staying at this condo for our annual summer trip to Pensacola. It’s down the road from restaurants and fun activities for the family. The facility was old but clean and well maintained. Only one pool for East and West towers so the pool was always packed full of guests/kids but my boys still loved it. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

We had an awesome summer vacation staying at W302. It's super nice! Perfect location, pool and beachfront. The unit is very beautiful and clean! Overall, two thumbs up.

Out of the hustle/bustle

Regency Towers is an older property, but seems well maintained. It's out of the central area of P'cola Beach, which is nice. Also, situated VERY close to the shoreline. The unit was clean and everything worked.

Less crowding in this area. Facility was clean. Friendly service employees. One kitchen towel and 3 facecloths to a condo with the capacity to sleep 8 is a bit of a stretch.

Southern Beach Rentals was not forthcoming ,prior to booking, in regards to the construction details. Only 4 days before the trip did I receive a message regarding the closing of balconies, and fire escapes. Prior to booking the only notification I was given, was there is ongoing construction and be prepared for the noise. Disappointed in the dishonesty. The condo in itself was nice.

Quick getaway

The condo was clean and a desired location. I just wish we had access to our balcony. We were notified after renting condo that the balcony was being worked on. You would think they would do constructor properties during the off season.

The exterior of the condo needs updating. The condo itself was nice. So apparently there has been on-going AC issues. When stopped by the room looking for a loud AC unit (see previous reviews). The compressor is going out, causing the unit to be loud and not cool adequately. The master bedroom bed is like sleeping on the floor! Needless to say, we were ready to get home to our bed and AC!

Amazingly beautiful!!!

The moment we got up to the room the passcode didn’t work but I called the number for service and they fixed it right away! Beautiful condo everything looks like the pictures. The balcony was amazing on the third floor next to the pool and the view of the ocean was amazing. The only two things we had issues with was the stove took forever to heat up but still worked. And the internet wasn’t working majority of the time so when it came to chill out time for the kiddos it was a little rough as the tv nor their tablets would work. Easy access to the pool and there is a walk out to the beach but it ends in stairs so rough for handicap ppl or wagons to access the beach. Beautiful pool and very clean.

Wonderful Week!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and the condo very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and beach everyday! The only complaint we had was the air conditioner was really loud but we got used to it. The master bath toilet is loud as well but worked fine. Overall it was a great place and I will definitely be back!

Great VRBO experience!

Lovely condo right on the beach. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious. We had a little snag with the code for the door, but that was resolved quickly. Also discovered the toaster didn’t work, and a new one was brought over very quickly. The inly issue we found was that the floors were dirty 🙄. Aal-in-all a great experience, beautiful condo, and very responsive property management team! We’ll come again!

Air conditioner was VERY VERY loud. Toilet in master bathroom was also very loud after flushing and ran for a long time. Other than that everything was good.

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in this condo and would rent this unit again. Very nice beach and easy access. Plenty of towels and pillows, love having laundry in the condo. Kitchen well equipped, ice maker in fridge a bit finicky but did work. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Good view!

Lots of space, especially the kitchen and bedrooms! The patio chairs are very comfortable. Great restful weekend and an amazing view.

Your mislead on the site that you can see beautiful sunsets from balcony, NOT TRUE, there is a wing to the building that blocks it......floors were filthy, furniture not comfortable, no dvr for a rainy day.......grounds and pool are very nice, elevators pretty fast, if I ever choose to stay at Regency Towers again I would definitely try and get a room on either wing, not the middle...

Not great

This condo reminded me of amenities you’d receive at a cheap Holiday Inn. Towels were sparse and meager quality. No beach towels, hair dryer, Kleenex or even a pen. Even the kitchen was extremely sparse, not even salt and pepper could be found. We had 2 rolls of TP for a condo that would sleep 8. Cheap price so I guess you get what you pay for.

Overall Good

Great location and view. Nice place. A few minor improvements: 8 people need more than 1 roll of tp in each bathroom. The refrigerator took hours to get cool, we were without water for a short period and a travel size detergent would’ve been appreciated. Upon arrival, our door code didn’t work but it was quickly resolved. Overall, good.
