Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Electricity, bed linen included. Cot.. Balcony. Parking for 1 car. No smoking. Visit England 3 Star.. Pine Rigg is within a complex of apartments known as Quarry Rigg, ideal for those looking for a central location within walking distance of a variety of shops and a good choice of restaurants close at hand. There is a regular bus service and the railway station is situated close by for holidaymakers preferring to use public transport. Pine Rigg is within a few minutes walk of the lake and is furnished in a contemporary style and we are sure that much use will be made of the balcony for ’al fresco’ evenings whenever possible.

Very dirty flat

We have stayed in 4 other flats in this complex and we will not return to this one. It was filthy, lots of grease on kitchen furniture, many plates still had dried food stuck to them, fridge door didn’t close properly. This was a cheaper flat than others and now I know why.
