外側の階段はFlat 11、 "Loughrigg"につながります。 玄関ホールの中には、プライベート敷地を見下ろす絵の窓があるオープンプランのアイビングエリアがあります。

快適なソファー、Netflix、YouTube、BBC IPlayerなどのためのスマートなLEDテレビがあります。 DVDプレーヤーと小さなDVDがあります。無料の無制限Wi-Fiもあります。

切り替え日：任意の日、しかし日曜日。

キッチンエリアには、食器戸棚、ケトル、トースター、冷蔵庫、小型冷凍庫、シンク、食器洗い機、洗濯機が完備されています。 電気コンロと電子レンジがあります。

メインのベッドルームにはキングサイズベッドがあり、2つ目のベッドルームにはツインベッドが付いています。 それぞれにはワードローブと引き出しがあります。

バスルームには、バスタブの上に電気シャワー、洗面台、トイレ、ヒーター付きタオル掛けがあります。

全室に壁ヒーターが付いています。

Lovely apartment in a very quiet location but close to everything we needed. Walks out the door are great, we used the buses which leave on the main road down the hill. The place was spotless and well equipped. A really nice stay.

Exactly as advertised. Lovely views from the balcony. Great value for money. Leaving us some milk, oil for cooking and biscuits was greatly appreciated. The kitchen was fit for purpose and zero complaints from us

Very clean property in charming but very remote surroundings. The scenery was stunning, we were driving distance from any shops though so unfortunately as the weather was terrible we were isolated.The outside stairs, as reported , could be slippery when wet, and were also quite high steps - impossible for our dachshund and I also found them difficult.For a younger, fitter family with either no dog or a big dog this would not be a problem and the property is full of character and very well equipped.

This is a lovely well equipped apartment in a great location in the heart of the South Lakes, with wonderful walks straight from the door & well positioned for exploring further afield. The owners are accommodating & quick to respond to queries. I’ve stayed here a few times now & will definitely be back.

The appartment has everything you would need for an extended stay. It was so comfortable and well equipped. We adored the view from the lounge and main bedroom, overlooking the small tree-lined lake with ducks and birds in abundance. So peaceful and relaxing. We will be back!

Great location and large overall spaces. Some difficulties finding the property despite detailed instructions from property manager/owner. Would have preferred some initial supplies eg.tea bags and hand wash. Accoustics not great as noise from neighbours evident on one evening. Overall though value for money!

The location was perfectly situated central to most places we wanted to visit but it was quite hard finding it at night, the apartment was very lovely and nicely decorated. We were equipped with everything we needed .

We arrived to find the flat hadn't been cleaned, and there was quite a musty smell, that was really unfortunate. Called Paul, he was not happy, he did have this sorted whilst we went shopping, he felt it was due to us booking last minute, we booked in February !!...i wasn't impressed with that. Came back the flat smelled a bit fresher, tidy. Not much by way of dusting gets done sadly, I wiped sides, table and a few bits myself.... it's a lovely flat, small, cozy, but it lacks good cleanliness & is a bit dated, one of the sofas, structurally wasn't too good.Dust and cobwebs around the windows, mainly the twin room and front door, with the property's lovely location, keeping it tip top should be a must, those first impressions are important.. The bathroom was clean, (dodgy loo seat though) hopefully that will be sorted out. Shower works well, anti-slip pads/mat would be good as can get slippery due to being over the bath. 2 tidy little bedrooms, cozy... Nice open plan kitchen area. Microwave not in good shape... The little things matter, we had a lovely time though walking, boat tours and sightseeing, Cumbria was Beautiful

Another excellent stay

Lovely stay despite the weather. Our second stay here and it's always good to know you have the pool as a back up plan to entertain the children if the weather is poor. Great walks from the front door. Comfy beds. Idyllic location.

We are a retired couple who enjoy walking in the Lake District. Whilst we are not lucky enough to live in the Lake District, our cleaner lives in Ambleside and has looked after a number of the flats in the complex for many years.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We fell in love with both the flat, the estate and the surrounding hills. You really can leave the car in the car park and just walk for hours from the estate in any direction. And for children, the Leisure building is a great way to burn off energy in the pool or playing table tennis.
