This beautiful 3 bed - 3,5 bath luxurious corner unit in Simpson Bay Yacht club (SBYC) is located in the best spot of the island. You have everything right at your doorstep. Of course SBYC has 3 pools and 2 tennis courts for you to use, the Beach is at 5 min walking and so is Market Garden Supermarket, lots of restaurants, bakeries, bars, casinos etc. This is the perfect 3 bedroom house if you want to enjoy all of SXM. This place is great for couples, families, friends and business travelers.

Walking Distance Fun

It was a very nice property, enjoyed the breeze from the balcony everyday. Liked that we could walk to the store, beach, bakery, and restaurants. Easy taxi service that took us from one end of Sint Marrten to the other, at a very fair price. Marrten the property owner was super nice. I would upgrade the family room couches and patio furniture. Otherwise, a place that was very modern. We treated it like it was our home.
