Villa Angelina is a private free standing Villa, not a condominium or apartment.
Close by there a number of great restaurants and a wonderful French market to get basics plus excellent wine, cheese and fresh baked goods.

Villa Angelina is situated on the Oyster Pond hillside overlooking the harbor with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean, St. Bart's, and the surrounding hills. Come relax and enjoy your breakfast on the beautiful terrace or deck off your bedroom as whales splash in the distance.
Dawn Beach is just below the Villa within a 3 minute drive or lay by your own pool to soak up the sun and ocean breeze.

On the ground floor is the generous living room and indoor dining area with integrated fully fitted kitchen and garden terrace with a BBQ grill. Both the living room and dining area features large sliding doors all around which allow for a tropical breeze to drift through, and which also offers direct access to the large terrace.
The bedrooms are all on the second floor with the main bedroom featuring a king bed, private balcony with breath taking views and access to a second balcony, en-suite bathroom with soaking tub, LCD TV with Satellite/Cable TV. The first guest bedroom has views over Oyster Pond from a deck and is furnished with a queen bed and also LCD TV's with Satellite/Cable TV, and shared bathroom. The second guest bedroom and views of the garden, it also has a queen bed and TV.
There is also an additional powder room on the first floor.
Parking is located within locked gate and additional spots are just outside on the quiet street.
The large terrace features a saltpool overlooking Oyster Pond, pool and beach towels provided. Smoking is NOT permitted in the house but can be enjoyed outside on the terrace.
Guests love the location of the Villa with central access to all the island, Phillipsburg is 25mins, Orient Beach is 10mins away, and Grand Case is under 20 minutes. There is plenty of shopping all within an easy drive plus attractions to suit everyone.
But mainly guest come for the quiet location with the most spectacular view Sint Maarten has to offer.
Please note the villa is located on a hill so there is a steep drive up from the main gate and about a dozen or so steps down to the front door. We also have our wildlife friends living on the hill so don’t be surprised to see iguanas, falcons and even a monkey nearby. Please do NOT feed them.
The property manager may stop by once a week to check the pool. Due to the ocean breezes and vegetation near the villa, there may be leaves blown into the pool. There is a skimmer to use or let the property managers know and they can clean the pool up for you.
Please turn up or off the AC when not in the house (electric is expensive!) and also keep doors and windows closed when not around as tropical showers can pop up at any time!

Exterior security cameras are used to monitor front entrance door, gates entrance, and rear entrance doors from roof corners for security purposes only.
Please note the Villa is on a hillside and the drive to the gate can be steep, but it's worth the climb!
You will be greeted at the airport or Villa gate by the property manager who can help with your needs during the stay. If staying more than a week, maid service with come with fresh towels and tidy up.
