The villa has 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 10 guests, with private pool (Approx. L 10m, W 4.9m, D1.55m), private garden, outdoor gym and indoor bar. The infinity pool and its terrace both have stunning sea and islands views over Kalkan.
The interior has neutral tones and marble features throughout, alongside high-quality furnishings for both a luxurious and comfortable stay. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and arranged over four floors

Lower Ground Floor
The lower ground floor has a comfortable seating area with chairs and coffee table, a full-size pool table and bar, plus separate WC with hand basin as well as access to an outdoor gym. Also located on this level are two bedrooms a twin room and a double both En-suite and air conditioned


Ground Floor
The ground floor is the entrance level, here the open plan living area has a large corner style sofa, coffee table, and wall mounted tv and glass sliding doors that open out to the main terrace with outside seating, a shaded dining area and the pool terrace with plenty of sun loungers. Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas have seats for 10 and there is also access to a barbecue area outside.

The kitchen area is modern and fully equipped for all your needs and includes, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and dining area with table and chairs to seat 10 guests

First Floor
On this level are two double en suite bedrooms, one of which includes a stand-alone jacuzzi, both have air conditioning and private balconies


Top Floor
The top floor consists of a large bedroom with double bed, en suite bathroom and a balcony with sun loungers, seating and a jacuzzi. The balcony has splendid sea views making the hot tub the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day and watch the sunset.
