Stay in a truly unique apartment in the heart of Girona, on the 4th floor of a stunning 14th-century building (no elevator) overlooking the beautiful Plaça del Vi, with its charming restaurants and lively terraces, right across from the Town Hall. This spacious loft-style apartment combines historic character with modern comfort. It has two cozy bedrooms, a very large living room with comfortable sofa, widescreen TV and fast Wi-Fi, and an open kitchen fully equipped with everything you need, plus a big dining table for six—perfect for meals together. The apartment has air conditioning and heating to ensure comfort all year round. The bathroom is modern with sink, large shower and toilet. With its unbeatable location, spacious layout, and blend of history and style, this is the perfect place to immerse yourself in Girona’s vibrant atmosphere.







Notes:
The apartment is located in Girona’s historic centre, the Barri Vell, where car access is restricted and parking is not allowed. In most areas, vehicles may only enter up to three times per quarter, so we recommend parking before check-in. After booking, you’ll receive access to your personal Bravissimo App with parking information and smart lock check-in instructions (self check-in). While Girona is generally calm, some street noise and church bells may be heard if the windows are open. Tourist tax not included (applies to guests aged 16+, up to 7 nights). A surcharge applies for reservations with pets. The owner is responsible for the animal, must respect the neighbors, and the animal must not be left unattended in the apartment.

Die Lage ist einmalig, alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar, das Appartement liegt quasi in der Fussgängerzone. Die Grösse ist gut und wir fühlten uns sofort wie Zuhause. Die Betten waren gut mit schöner Bettwäsche. Im Bad gab es Shampoo und genügend Handtücher. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet inkl. Abwaschmittel Tücher ect. Sehr ruhig durch die dicken Steinmauern. Die Schlüsselübergabe findet direkt vor dem Eingang statt,eine Seltenheit in Girona;).

Great location and well-designed space. Only downside is the number of steps (78) of the narrow stairs to access the apartment.

Exactly as represented, can’t believe no one has mentioned the clock bells

The apartment is really cool, exactly as shown in the ad. There are two things to know before you book though- the first is that the unit faces a clock tower with a bell (shown in the photos) that rings every 15 minutes 24 hours a day, every day. If you are not a super deep sleeper, this unit is probably not for you. It is also located at the top of a very narrow staircase, 77 very steep steps. That said, we loved staying here. It is a 5 minute walk to anything you want, is situated above a very popular square which hosts events and Festivals, and there is a wonderful vegan restaurant and gluten free bakery right below.

We loved the neighborhood and helpfulness of the Bravissimo team. Lots of stairs but the view is charming. Many good restaurants nearby. We are delighted with our experience.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Makeln

+ Tolle Lage + Schöne Einrichtung + unkomplizierte Kommunikation via WhatsApp - Nur ein Badezimmer - Wände der Schlafzimmer nicht bis zur Decke. Somit schlafen im Prinzip alle Gäste in einem Raum und die Geräuschkulisse ist entsprechend. - Bei unserer Ankunft war das Schloss des Badezimmer defekt, sodass wir die Tür mit Möbeln verriegeln mussten. Es hat 4 Tage gedauert bis das Problem behoben wurde. - Nur ein Geschirrhandtuch - etwas wenig für 5 Gäste - Die Waschmaschine hatte einen üblen Geruch - Keine klaren Instruktionen was mit dem Müll zu tun ist. Die Dame, welche uns in die Wohnung gelassen hat, wusste auch nichts genaues. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung bietet noch ein wenig Verbesserungspotenzial, wenn man sich den doch recht hohen Preis für eine Woche vor Augen führt.

Girona Gem

This spacious, charming apartment exceeded our expectations. It's housed in a beautiful 14th century building in the center of the old town, yet it has the modern amenities to make it so comfortable. The staff at Bravissimo was exceptional from start to finish and made us feel like locals, helping us with our luggage and giving us recommendations in the city. Would definitely book from Bravissimo again. You can't go wrong with this gorgeous apartment!

Dream stay in Girona

We only have superlative things to say about the team at Bravissimo and the apartment at the Placa del Vi. We pre-registered before arrival, so check-in was a breeze. Joan was very helpful and friendly, he led us to the apartment, located on the fourth floor. It’s immaculate, with a lovely view of the Ajuntament, and as advertised. Perfect location, with the old town attractions all within a leisurely 10 minute walk, and with outstanding local shops, bakeries, and restaurants within one block. We stayed 3 nights, absolutely loved the city, and no doubt in our minds that we’ll come back to explore the nearby towns as well. And of course, we’d love stay at the Placa del Vi apartment again. Thank you to the Bravissimo team. You’re awesome !!!

Great location, walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping. Apartment had all the basics that we needed for our stay. Host met us outside when we arrived to give us keys and help bring luggage up. It is on the 4th floor with no lift. Church bells are loud at night every hour, but probably loud at any place in old town. We were able to leave our luggage at their office at checkout for a few hours. Would recommend and plan to stay here again!

Incredibly clean, beautiful, easy check in... could not be more ideal!

We had a great experience with Bravissimo and specifically with this apartment. We arrived and was met by Carla who showed us the apartment which was exactly as described but even more impressive in person. Its location in the old city was perfect, and we had all the comforts of home in our penthouse! We would love to come back.

Downtown the old Girona city centre is this beautifully designed apartment. Communication was super smooth. They arranged a taxi for us from/to the airport. Apartment is as advertised and has all the nevessary amenities. Top floor so it can get warm but the apartments has 3 AC’s (1 in main room and 1 in each bedroom) so the temperature can easily be controlled. Very much enjoyed our stay and the proactiveness of the host.

Estuvimos pasando el puente de San Juan en este apartamento y no podríamos haber elegido mejor para disfrutar de unos días en Girona. El apartamento es espectacular, decorado con mucho gusto y con todas las comodidades y equipaciones que se detallan en la ficha. Está perfectamente ubicado en la plaza del ayuntamiento, más tranquila de lo que uno podría pensar (si bien es cierto que Girona en general es una ciudad muy apacible); en cualquier caso, la insonorización de ventanas es perfecta para los más maniáticos. ;-)Agradable, cómodo, bonito y bien equipado, bien merece la subida de escaleras (asumible) para llegar a tan privilegiado apartamento. La comunicación del equipo de Bravissimo fue fluida en todo momento, son super amables y receptivos.

The apartment is exactly like is shown in the pictures beautiful. Also, the location is great as well. Super secure building and there is a parking near by you can pay 10 euros to park a day. Pack you bags and get ready to explore Girona or Costa Brava like we did!
