Quiet area and ideal for those looking not to be exactly at the epicenter of the “hustle” of downtown, but who still appreciate being able to get there on foot (15 mins) and, beforehand, have breakfast on a large balcony with a relaxing panoramic view.

SUPERMARKETS & RESTAURANTS
- In the street of the apartment you will find some traditional restaurants and cafes with traditional cakes (at a good price!). Then, in the center, you will have many other dining options.
- There are two convenient mini-markets on the apartment's street. For larger purchases, Lidl and Aldi are within a 5-minute drive.

PARKING
Given the proximity of the apartment to the center, you don't really need to rent a car. Nevertheless, if you do end up renting, there are always a few free spots right in front of the apartment.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
There is a bus stop for the local bus, the "Giro", right in front of the apartment bloc.

EXPLORING THE BEACHES WHERE THE LOCALS GO
The apartment is located between the city center (that has the Beaches of Pescadores and Peneco) and the marina. If you intend to explore the beaches further west, such as Praia dos Arrifes, Praia da Galé or Praia dos Salgados, these are just 10 minutes away by car / taxi.

CITY CENTER (15 min walk)
In the center of Albufeira you will encounter many restaurants, bars, and shops. You will also find in the center the Beaches of Pescadores and Peneco, churches, the archeology museum and, of course, Albufeira's famous nightlife.

MARINA (4 min car)
At the marina, you will find a selection of restaurants and bars with live music, bowling, and karting. From the marina, boats depart every day for trips to see the caves (such as the famous 'Algar de Benagil' in Lagoa) and algarvian coastline, as well as 'speed boats' and boats for aquatic sports, including scuba diving.

CHILDREN'S PARK
On the way to the city center, just 650 meters from the apartment, there is a kids' public playground ("Parque Lúdico de Albufeira") with swings and slides.

The rental agreement foresees that the guest takes care of the apartment as if it were their own space.

» In case of loss of the apartment keys, their replacement will be charged to the guest.

» The repair or replacement of furniture, as well as damaged sheets or towels will be charged to the guest.
