Casa do Coração is a great choice for parties with young children as it has a children's pool and a children's play area that offers plenty of amusement for the little ones.



Located in a quiet residential area in Sesmarias, it is a good location from which to explore the delights of the area with the popular resort of Carvoeiro and the quaint fishing village of Ferragudo only a few minutes away by car, plus all the pretty coved beaches to visit. The villa itself is very well appointed and has all the amenities to ensure that you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. The villa is located approximately 1.5 km from the nearest cafe/restaurant and mini-market and 3 km from the nearest beach at Caneiros.

Ground floor: Front door opens to the entrance hall that leads to the open plan lounge and dining area with large patio doors that open to a partly covered large terrace overlooking the pool and children's play area. In the living room, there is a big flatscreen TV, fireplace, and air conditioning.



Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker (cups and filter), oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, and dishwasher.



A small corridor off the sitting room leads to a twin bedroom with patio doors to the pool area, a double bedroom with patio doors to the pool area, a further twin bedroom, and two shower rooms. Staircase up to a double bedroom with a TV, patio doors to a large terrace overlooking the pool area and en suite shower room. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and living room at an extra charge if required.

Outside: The outside area is very nice and has an outside table with chairs, separate lounge set with modern pergola, barbecue with sink and water tab. At the back, you can find the laundry with a washing machine and a dryer. There is also an outside toilet available.

The pool has a saline filtration system and measures 10 x 4,5 meters and has a depth from 80 cm to 150 cm.

There is also a kid's pool with a depth of 50 cm. Outside shower.

There are a basketball net and a small playground with a swing and slide.
