Summary:
Casa Igreja is a bright and spacious holiday villa on Algarve Clube Atlântico, one of the most sought-after resorts in the idyllic fishing village of Carvoeiro, right beside the stunning Carvalho beach, just a short walk from the communal facilities, which include pools, tennis courts and a mini-golf (charges may apply).

The villa comprises 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room with Astra satellite TV, DVD player and WiFi.

The beautifully maintained garden offers a large covered outdoor terrace with partial sea views, barbecue area, several seating options and a private pool (heatable at extra cost) with sun loungers.

During the winter season (November till March) the energy costs will be charged separately, according to consumption.

Very well placed but things to be revised in the house

Ideally located at 300 meters from the beach, this house has everything to please. The beds are comfortable, the living room pleasant to live in and the kitchen big enough to cook. However, we were disappointed by some points: a garden that lacks maintenance and a not so green grass, missing tiles in the pool, small cracks on the wall outside as well as garden furniture a bit old. Not to mention the rooftop which could be a real asset for the house but is not maintained at all. On the pictures you will think that the rooms are overlooking the pool but no, the window doors you see belong to a private room which is locked. If I say all this it is in order to improve the passage of the next tenants because this house could be extraordinary. It is a real plus to be so close to the beach and so relaxing to hear the seagulls when you are in the pool!

Fantastic all round from beginning to end

We have just returned from a week here, we were nervous customers as we normally stay in a hotel and have often used a package holiday company BUT we can not speak highly enough about this villa and the management company that we dealt with. Rene and his team are amazing, the attention to detail is first class. It was kept spotless while we were there and the staff that we met were friendly and efficient. We will be recommending Rene and his company to all our friends and would not hesitate to use them again. You can not go wrong with this villa or another one from this management company. The photographs are very accurate and there is everything you could possibly need for a relaxed and enjoyable holiday. Even the taxi company recommended - Jose - were excellent and made it easy for the 6 of us to travel around the area. The pool is just the right size for 6 and lovely in the evening with the underwater lighting. The bath is strange but that just adds to the experience, we only used them as a shower but they are fun to get in and very efficient when used this way! The roof terrace gives you a lovely view of the sea, it is worth taking a walk around the cliff edge, starting in the small car park just opposite the villa. Onze is a brilliant restaurant in nearby Carvoeiro but make sure you book. Thank you so much Rene and team, you made our first villa holiday extremely memorable and we will definitely return.

Super emplacement

Très belle villa avec une grande piscine. Elle se trouve à deux pas d’une merveilleuse plage que l’on rejoins par un petit passage. Très satisfait!

Renovierungen

Für so ein schönes Haus und dieser tollen Lage direkt am Meer müsste man so langsam einmal die Gartenmöbel (Tische, Stühle, Liegen) modernisieren und die Matrazen in den Schlafräumen erneuern. Ansonsten passte alles und es war eine sehr schöne und entspannte Woche !

Schöne Villa, aber Renovierungsarbeiten wären erforderlich

Die Bäder sowie die Küche sind Renovierungsbedürfting, ebenso die Terassenmöbel. Die Betreuung ist sehr gut.
