Cactus hideaway with sea views

This property is one of three villas set in an acre of private land covered with lots of trees, flowers and cactus. This villa has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. Quiet and spacious, laid out on three levels, "Cactus hideaway" is the ideal accommodation for one or two couples or a family of four or six. The upper level has the master bedroom with an en-suit bathroom with shower as well as a balcony to watch your most memorable sunrises. The ground level consists of a living room with a sofa/bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 6 people, and a bathroom with shower. The cellar has two comfortable single beds and a set of drawers. The villa looks out to an airy and shady patio covered by a bougainvillea and a vine tree. In September you can taste the grapes that hang over your head. Table and chairs and armchairs are provided for relaxing and enjoying a cold drink or having lunch or dinner outdoors. Sea views right in front of you decorated by a vast collection of cactus. Barbecue on request. Tastefully decorated, the house will make you feel at home. Our purpose is to make guests feel that they move to their own holiday house in Santorini. The villa has its own washing machine and two air-conditioning units.
The villa is separate from the other two so that each party of guests is not disturbed by the others. Perfect, though, for friends who travel together and want to be close but separate.
The houses are surrounded by one acre of land which carries pine, fig, lemon, vineyard, olive trees, and a huge collection of cactuses. When the time is right, you can taste figs, apricots, and grapes right off the trees. Just outside our walls there are three tiny white washed chapels which our visitors are free to visit. Free parking on our premises.
Located in the country side in the middle of the distance between the two main centres of the island, Fira and Oia, we have easy and quick access to both Fira and Oia. You will need your own transportation. Both Fira and Oia are only a 10 minute drive from the villa. Santorini is a small island and nothing is too far.
Right down our driveway there is a small resort with a swimming pool and a restaurant. Our guests are welcome to use their facilities.
At walking distance from the house, there is a small secluded beach perfect for children.
Check in time is flexible. Early check-in is possible if there is no other guest checking out the same day. Also late check-in is also possible. Late check-out is possible if there is no other guest checking in the same day. When you arrive, I will here to welcome you and give you the keys and all the information you need about the house and the island.
