Located in the tranquil Megalochori Village of Santorini, the 19-century Simantiri is a Cycladic-style villa with private outdoor pool, an outdoor tub and a furnished sun terrace overlooking the village. Caldera is 100 metres from the property.
Fitted with white-wooden furnishings, the Simantiri villa has a seating and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Facilities include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and an oven.
Services include car and bike rental, and 2-way transfer from the airport upon request and at extra charge. Restaurants and shops can be found within a short walk away. Free WiFi is available.

An amazing villa with fantastic views. Great location in the middle of beautiful Megalochori. Nikos is an attentive host and made us all feel very welcome, especially helping out with high chair and cot for our baby.

Beautiful private villa nearby exquisite food

We enjoyed our stay in the village of Megalachori on Santorini because it was quiet, quaint and felt more authentically Greek than some of the more heavily tourist spots on the island. There are beautiful sites in the village with horseback riding and ATV tours nearby. The people in the village were so friendly and we loved seeing all the cats. The pool at this property was perfect and the beds comfortable and clean. We also appreciated the snacks, tea, and water. Oh the sunsets visible from this village are incredibly beautiful.

A true hidden gem! Megalochori is a beautiful village away from the hustle and bustle of the larger towns of Santorini that being said it is just as quaint and possibly more authentic than those! Around every corner is another photo op. Lots of quaint cobbled streets which contrast beautiful with the blue skies. Like a lot of Santorinian properties you can’t park outside the house but Nikos fave suggestions of free public parking a stone’s throw away which was perfect.The house has a great amount of living space and was perfect for us - 2 adults and 1 teen. The outdoor space is greater than most other houses and a fantastic bonus for us with areas both in sun and shade. The double plunge pools were great and offered variety when the sun moved.The house was kept immaculate with daily cleaning which was lovely.Nikos could not have been more helpful with recommendations and suggestions.We could not fault our stay at all.
