I strongly disagree with this review, which contains several statements that do not accurately reflect either the property or what actually happened during this reservation. What is particularly surprising is that approximately one month before the stay, I personally offered this guest the opportunity to CANCEL THE RESERVATION WITHOUT PENALTY. He chose not to cancel and voluntarily decided to proceed with the stay. This is an important fact that has conveniently been omitted from his review. Throughout the process, the guest had the opportunity to raise questions and clarify any concerns before his arrival. After choosing to keep the reservation, he stayed at the property and then published a review portraying virtually every aspect of the accommodation and my conduct as dishonest. I categorically reject the accusations that I “lied” or that the listing is “full of lies.” These are serious accusations, and they do not correspond to my conduct as a host. The guest himself acknowledges that the apartment is large, well located, has a pleasant patio, that check-in was easy, that the full-size refrigerator was available and that the washing machine worked well. Yet he concludes by calling me “the worst host” he has ever dealt with and repeatedly accuses me of lying.
