A 65m² one-bedroom duplex apartment sleeping up to 4 people, featuring a double bed upstairs and tastefully furnished in a modern style, a living room with a large sofa bed, a garage, and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool, located 200m from the stunning Praia da Rocha beach.
The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
A 5-minute walk from bars and restaurants. An ideal spot for a short beach holiday or a long winter getaway. This complex features a private swimming pool for residents of the building only and an underground parking space. A key box is available for easy access at your convenience.

Before you leave, please check that you haven’t left anything behind in the cupboards or storage spaces. We thank you for your cooperation and hope to welcome you back soon!

Great location for the beach and restaurants. Was lovely to have the pill and could always get a lounger. Very well equipped kitchen and big living space.

Great Location!

A wonderful stay! This location is very convenient to beautiful beaches and great restaurants, and Algarve is worth the time. The property was clean and exactly as described, and the owner was very communicative and helpful. I would definitely come again.

Most Enjoyable Stay

We stayed at this property for four nights. It is very well situated and has all the appliances and conveniences of home. I can heartily recommend Melanie’s condo for its location, cleanliness, its atmosphere (bright and cheery) and how well equipped it is. Most definite would return!

Great Location

Well-appointed property. Good value. States that it sleeps four, but that is only if you are two couples that sleep together. We weren't clear on this before travelling, so the double bed was an unwelcome surprise.

Beautiful duplex apartment with terrace in Portimao

The apartment was clean and well decorated with all the ammenities required for an easy stay. The beach was less than a 10 minute walk away as were an assortment of restaurants and shopping and groceries. The accommodation ranks a 10 out of 10 with one minor drawback due to a bar located in the bottom of the complex which is open till 2:00 AM every night. Patrons were loud into the night and had no regard for quite time requested for guests. The host, Melanie, was attentive and answered promptly to all our questions. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Fizemos umas férias de 1 semana e correu tudo bem. O apartamento está muito bem equipado, asseado e com AC nos dois pisos. O acesso à piscina é por fora do edificio e é pena não ter WC junto da piscina. Gostamos muito.
