Absolute Magic! An Unforgettable Azorean EscapeOur stay at La Nouvelle (part of the beautiful Canto do Mar property) was nothing short of magical. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the sweeping, panoramic views of the Atlantic. The house is elegantly designed, filled with soft, natural light, and the perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional island charm.The two bedrooms were incredibly serene with high-quality, cozy linens, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Our absolute favorite part was the private terrace. We spent every evening out there, after our daily treks across the island, enjoying a glass of wine while watching the waves.The location in Mosteiros is unbeatable. It’s a peaceful village, and we loved being just a short walk from the natural volcanic swimming pools, the black sand beach, and great little local seafood spots. It was also the perfect base camp for exploring Sete Cidades and Ferraria.A huge thank you to Samuel and the Azorian Butler team! They were discreet, highly attentive, and gave us wonderful local recommendations. The self-guided check-in was seamless, and the shared coastal garden was such a tranquil retreat. If you want a place where time slows down and you can truly connect with the ocean, this is it. We cannot wait to return!
