This beautiful apartment offers 3 bedrooms, which can easily accommodate 5 guests. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and it is around the corner from Sagrada Familia. Very central and easily connected to Barcelona’s attractions.

APARTMENT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES
This spacious and bright apartment is the perfect place to spend your holiday. In total there are three bedrooms. One of them has a double bed, one has one single bed and there’s a third bedroom with two single beds. The apartment has a large and comfortable living space with a dining table for five people. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find a dishwasher, microwave, Lavazza espresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, fridge and anything else you need for cooking.

There is NO air conditioning, but each room has ceiling fans so that it is still comfortable in the summer. WiFi Internet is included, just like beddings, towels, soaps and everything else you need to live and sleep comfortably in one of the world’s most beautiful beach cities.

1st floor with NO LIFT (2 flights of stairs to reach apartment level)

We kindly ask you to read carefully all the descriptions and all the amenities that are included with the property. It will help you choose the best accommodation for your holiday, according to your needs. Also, read very carefully the "House Rules" section. There you will find very useful information regarding our policies and it will prevent any misunderstanding after your booking has been completed.

Strictly no smoking (we would demand all damage deposit for those not observing this strict rule)

***VERY IMPORTANT***

The refundable damage deposit is 200 Euros that will be held on a credit card upon arrival.

Tourist tax in Barcelona has been raised to 5.50€ per day per person. This tax must be paid the day of your arrival.
Please note: when checking-in to your apartment, any visitors aged 16 and under must present a copy of their passport showing their date of birth, in order for them not to be charged the aforementioned tourist tax.

****LATE CHECK-IN FEES****
The check-in fee is calculated according to your time and day of arrival, along with the apartment you have chosen. Rates:
20:00 - 23:00: +10 Euro
23:00 - 01.00: +25 Euro
01:00 - 09.00: +35 Euro

Please note: clients arriving after 00:00 who fail to inform us previously of their arrival time by e-mail will be charged an additional 50 Euros. Arrivals on Sunday or bank holidays will have an extra charge of 15€.

Pleasant stay with my family of 5. Easy access to the Sagrada church and public transport. Lots of dining options, local and fast food. Communication before and after the stay was excellent! Highly recommend!

Spacious property, conveniently located

The apartment was spacious, with a nice view of Sagrada Familia. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. The place was quiet despite being in a fairly busy neighbourhood and next to a road with somewhat heavy traffic

Overall we enjoyed our time in Barcelona

We liked our stay overall. Communication was good. This is an old apartment but is pretty clean. We arrived late (10:40 pm) and Flor was there waiting for us and introduce us to the place and its surrounding.

300 Meters from Sagrada

Our location was very convenient. We had a beautiful view of Sagrda de Familia. A grocery store was on the same block. The subway was close by. It was easy to get there to and from the airport by taxi. Our beds were very comfortable.

Nice view of Sagrada familia

The apartment was comfortable, beds were comfortable. It was a little noisy at times from neighbors in the building playing loud music at night. The walls are thin so you can hear every little noise. Other than that, apartment was good for our family. There was a coffee machine

Review

The property was described fairly well. Not quite in as nice repair as the pictures showed but it was clean. I would not at all recommend in the summer if you are not accustomed to the heat. Not suitable for children as it was simply too warm at the end of July.

Exceeded our Expectations

This apartment exceeded our expectations in multiple ways. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. We really appreciated the local tips for good restaurants and avoiding pickpocketing. They are very professional hosts with great communication. Also, we knew we'd be close to La Sagrada Familia, but we didn't know we'd have a partial view of it outside our window! Taller/larger people might want to note that the bathroom attached to the main bedroom is quite small, but the hallway bathroom is more spacious. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to others.

Great access to Barcelona

The apartment’s location provides convenient access to Barcelona activities. The grocery store is a short walk away, and the view of La Sagrada Familia from the back window is a treat. Communication with the owner was excellent. My only issue was that the pictures don’t convey that the bathroom associated with the master bedroom is quite small, enough to be uncomfortable if one is very tall. This is a minor issue, though, outweighed by all of the apartment’s pluses.

Cali to Barcelona

Overall a functional place with a beautiful window view of Sagrada Familia and the property management group was wonderful. The apartment was a little more run down than expected but it was enough space for 3 adults. Unfortunately, the wifi was inconsistent, limited towels (washing machine available but no dryer so it took a long time for anything to dry), no (caffeine) coffee pods provided and my friend was unable to find any to purchase, and we were told to buy bottle water, i.e., don't use the tap water.

Great location but very noisy

Even though this place has a great location the apartment itself was very noisy. You can hear when people in the house are taking showers or use the bathroom, you hear doors bang and screaming children etc. The check-in procedure was irritating because we thought the fee was being charged to the credit card. Not so, we had to pay the full amount at the check-in. Apart from everything being there and clean, the appartment could use a little bit of refurbishing, the mattraces need to be a bit firmer and some of the beds were super squeaky.

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen - wir hatten Lust, alles zu Fuß zu erkunden. Sie ist geräumig und für eine Großstadt relativ leise (liegt nach hinten raus, so dass man den Verkehr nicht so viel hört, das Haus selbst ist recht hellhörig). Der persönliche Empfang war freundlich und hilfreich. Viele Kleinigkeiten werden angeboten. Insgesamt könnte die Wohnung eine Auffrischung vertragen, z. B. waren Töpfe und Pfannen in keinem guten Zustand.

Un alojamiento fantastico para disfrutar de Barcelona.

Muy bien situado de los lugares mas turisticos de Barcelona y bien comunicado con tpte público. El unico inconveniente es el ruido producido por un pub que hay al lado por la noche. El apartamento esta fenomenal y muy limpio.

Appartement fonctionnel, très propre, garage juste à côté pour laisser la voiture (ne fait pas partie de la location, à réserver à l'avance en ligne , garage manhattan). Tolle Lage mit Blick zur Sagrada Familia

Die Lage des Apartment ist genial, um Barcelona zu erkunden. Viele Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in umittelbarere Nähe. Zur U-Bahn und zur Sagrada Familia sind es maximal 5min zu Fuß. Und vom Wohnzimmer sieht man die Türme der Sagrada. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und wir bekamen vielen Ausflugstipps. Für uns war das Apartment perfekt.
