This stylish and modern furnished apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. In total there are three bedrooms, one with a large double bed, another double bedroom and another one with a single bed. There are two full modern bathrooms with a shower.
The living room has a cozy atmosphere to dine or just relax. Furthermore, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, toaster, electric kettle and a Lavazza espresso machine. The kitchen is perfect for family needs. It is situated on the third floor with a lift, so no problems for your suitcases!
The apartment also offers free WiFi, air conditioning, flat screen TV, beddings, towels, soaps and everything else you need for a pleasant stay in one of the world´s most beautiful beach cities.

-------------- The Neighborhood --------------
Your holiday home is located in a very quiet and green area of Barcelona and just a few minutes away from Parc Güell, which is a must see in Barcelona and above Parc de Las Aigues: you will have a beautiful view from its balcony and very relaxed nights. In this safe neighborhood, you will find many supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, and restaurants.
Public transport is just around the corner with the subway only minutes away and bus stops in front of the doorway.
You can reach Barcelona´s city center and Passeig the Gracia within 15 minutes from your home. In this area you can do anything you like: if you fancy shopping in the best boutiques or exploring traditional markets this is the place to be.
There are also some wonderful attractions to visit nearby. For example, within 10 minutes you can find Torre Agbar and Hospital de Sant Pau and do not to forget that one of the most important monuments of Barcelona is located only 15 minutes away from your home: the amazing Sagrada Familia. In addition, many shops, cafés, and restaurants can be found in the streets surrounding the apartment. This area has the perfect combination of relaxing, convenience and culture.

The refundable damage deposit is 300 Euros that will be held on a credit card upon arrival.

Tourist tax in Barcelona has been raised to 5.50€ per day per person, up to a maximum of 7 days. This tax must be paid the day of your arrival.
Please note: when checking-in to your apartment, any visitors aged 16 and under must present a copy of their passport showing their date of birth, in order for them not to be charged the aforementioned tourist tax.

The check-in fee is calculated according to the time and day of arrival, along with the apartment you have chosen. Rates:
20:00 - 23:00: +10 Euro
23:00 - 01.00: +25 Euro
01:00 - 09.00: +35 Euro

Please note clients arriving after 00:00 who fail to inform us previously of their arrival time by e-mail will be charged an additional 50 Euros. Arrivals on Sunday or bank holidays will have an extra charge of 15€.

The apartment was in a nice quiet residential area easy access to all. Short walk or Uber to city attractions. Clean neat and nicely appointed. Felt at home … really enjoyed our stay here.

Great Location

We loved the location for so many activities. Nice neighborhood for walking and continence’s were close. Beautiful view of La Sagrada Familia from the balcony and for viewing sunrises. We were a family of four adults and it was perfect for us. I would highly recommend it.

Great space for 5 people

This property is on the L4 subway line and an easy 15-min walk to Park Guell and 20-min walk to Sagrada Familia. Easy access to everything in the city. Good local cafes and restaurants nearby. The rental company Lodging is very helpful and responsive.

Barcelona Get Away

The management company is great! They were very welcoming and answered all our questions and helped us order a taxi. The apartment kitchen was very large, the beds comfortable and the view wonderful. The apartment has a washer but no electric dryer. They do provide a drying clothes rack if you do laundry.

Clean apartment with great view

Pros: The property is clean, and it is located in a quiet location, walkable distance to a train station, Sagrada Familia, as well as Park Guell. The property management is very friendly and quick in responding to my emails. The check-in process is easy. Cons: The wall is thin, so sound proof is basically non-existing. Also, the listed price on Vrbo does not include the cleaning fee and the tourist tax charged by the management and the city of Barcelona respectively, so be mindful of it if you are on a budget.

4 nights in Barcelona

We loved this lodging for our family of 4. The listing was accurate and we found the booking agency very helpful with good communication. The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. The price is better than other listings we found as the location is not super central but we found that for the price difference we could get taxis easily. We liked how close we were to a park. We were a family of 4 but traveling from Canada so appreciated the 3rd bedroom to allow for better adjustment to local time. The balcony was great and the a/c helped keep the bedrooms comfortable, fans were provided for each room. We had no issues with the shower or coffee maker, both worked great. My only suggestion would be to provide >1 laundry pod as it is a bit annoying to purchase packs for short trips. We could have remembered to bring from home but didn’t. We would stay here again.

Great views and nice place to stay in Barcelona

We arrived in Barcelona ta convenient time to check in to the apartment. We were greeted and shown in by Carla who was understanding and thorough during the check in process. She provided helpful information about the location, attractions, the layout of the city and the apartment. The apartment has the basics for cooking but we chose not to. We did appreciate the coffee pods and the snacks provided. We loved the neighborhood this place is in. There is the lovely park across the street and an easy (heart healthy on the way back) walk to a Metro station that makes the rest of the city easily accessible. There are plenty of restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores in the immediate area. If you want to be in the thick of the action this is not for you but if you want a quiet authentic Barcelona experience with easy access to the action you have found your spot!

The apartment was ok, but a lot of inaccuracies

The first issue we had was the listing said it was air conditioned place, however when we arrived the only AC unit was in living room which was barely cooling and the 3 bedrooms had no AC, the only option offered was to open windows and turn on fans, which did not do the job. Even if that is the norm in Spain, it should clearly state that because other places do have AC in each bedroom. The photos are probably from long time ago because the apartment is a lot more run down, rusty appliances, door handles, showers, etc, broken wobbly tables on balcony and inside, sloppy painting on walls. The location is ok, fairly close walk to center and park Guell, no street parking, closest garage is around 10 min walk. Ended up sleeping in the living room because it was July and super hot. We had 3 adults, two kids.

Disappointed stay!

Much to our dismay, we found the above address largely disappointing. We had to leave after one night of a three night stay. 1. The mattress in the second bedroom was sagging and had a foam pad that was ill fitted. Not suitable for one person, let alone a couple. The ventilation was nonexistent and the shade was broken, allowing too much light in at night. 2. The hot water heater is minuscule, meaning it runs out too quickly. The water pressure is weak, 3. The lighting fixture in the entryway has exposed wiring, which is undoubtedly a code violation. 4. The coffee maker was broken. The electric tea kettle leaked all over the kitchen.

Gut gelegene Unterkunft, Agentur und Empfang sehr professionell und freundlich, Einrichtung gut und zweckmäßig, die Küchenausstattung (Teller, Tassen, Gläser, Besteck) könnte erneuert werden, Geschirrspültabs wären praktisch (dann wären die Teller usw. auch in einem besseren Zustand)

Emplacement stratégique

Le logement est parfaitement adapté pour une famille car : - il est extrèmement bien situé (entre parc Güell et Sagrada Familia) - il est dans un quartier calme - il est à côté d'un parc qui est + quand vous avez de jeunes enfants - à 5 mn du métro - Commerces à proximité Le seul inconvénient (mineur) est le manque de vaisselle ( 3 petites cuillères !). Bref tout est réuni pour passer une bonne semaine

Sehr ordentliches Apartment in guter Lage

Apartment war sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet, die Matratzen allerdings etwas durchgelegen. Ansonsten alles zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas großzügiger sein (insbesondere Geschirr). Die nächste Metro ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt und auch sonst hat man alles notwendige (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants) in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Die Kommunikation lief super, sowohl vor als auch während des Aufenthaltes.
