The location is very convenient for visiting Venice being a 12-minute walk from the Santa Lucia train station, 10 minutes from the Rialto Bridge and 4 minutes from the San Tomà vaporetto station, from which you can easily reach San Marco, the Lido and the characteristic lagoon islands of Murano and Burano. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are shops, restaurants and a convenient supermarket.

Sestiere San Polo is ideal for those who want to stay in a quiet place, without being constantly surrounded by the continuous flow of tourists, despite being in the heart of Venice.

The apartment has been recently renovated and is located on the first floor of a typical Venetian building, where the ancient Dogana dell'Olio was located.
