As soon as you arrive at Casa dos Sonhos you will feel the stress melt away. The location is incredibly relaxing, and you will have complete privacy here. The delightful atmosphere created by the well-maintained garden and swimming pool will immediately put you at ease.



The villa can accommodate up to 8+2 people across its four bedrooms and four bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a hall, a large kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, as well as a laundry room featuring a washing machine. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a living room with a TV and comfortable seating area, and a dining area with seating for 8-10 people, along with a billiard table. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds (90 x 200), and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds (90 x 200), with both sharing a spacious bathroom.



Upstairs, you'll find bedroom 3, the master bedroom, complete with a double bed (180 x 200), an en-suite bathroom, and access to the roof terrace. Bedroom 4 also has a double bed (180 x 200), an en-suite bathroom, and access to the roof terrace.



Outside, there is a large garden, a private pool with Roman steps measuring 10 x 4 meters, with a depth of 0.8 to 2 meters, and an outdoor table with 10 chairs for alfresco dining and sitting. You'll find 8 sun loungers, umbrellas, and a fixed barbecue as well.



Facilities at the villa include a billiard table, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, and fiber optic Wi-Fi internet. Pets are allowed with prior agreement.



Distances to nearby amenities include a supermarket at 4 km, Pera and Alcanterilha both at 5 km, Armacao de Pera at 5 km, Guia at 6 km, and a shopping center in Guia/Albufeira at 7 km. Albufeira is located 15 km away, while Silves and Carvoeiro are 20 km away. Faro airport is the closest airport at 47 km, while golfing enthusiasts can tee off at a golf course just 3 km away.



The rental price includes towels and linen, as well as the use of gas, water, and electricity. A cot and highchair are available upon request. The rental price does not include the refundable security deposit of 450€.
