Casa dos Netos - Newly renovated 3-bedroom villa with private pool

Casa dos Netos is a luxury villa, situated between the historic town of Silves and São Bartolomeu de Messines, in the little town called Amorosa. There is a small supermarket opposite the house and Amorosa also has some small bars, where you can drink your beer with the locals.



The villa is great for everyone, families or friends. It’s decorated Portuguese style with very nice modern touches, and is wheelchair friendly – there are ramps and a large walk-in shower. It has 3 large en-suite bedrooms and a smaller children’s room. All rooms have fans.



Casa dos Netos boasts a highly equipped kitchen, featuring an electric cooker and oven, an array of coffee machines, a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. The expansive open-plan kitchen includes sliding doors that lead to a sheltered terrace and the pool area. This kitchen seamlessly flows into the generous living space, outfitted with a large satellite television.



All bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, each spacious and fitted with a fan. The sleeping accommodations comprise two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and another room furnished with bunk beds.



The property is fitted with underfloor heating and cooling systems, the cost of which is incorporated into the rental price.



Outside:



Casa dos Netos has a saltwater pool with sun loungers to relax and sunbathe. There is a covered terrace with a large table and chairs to enjoy al fresco wining and dining or enjoy a charcoal BBQ.



The table tennis table can be rented for an extra fee of 50 euros per week.



Surroundings:



The luxury villa is located near the lively town of Messines and Silves, an ancient coastal town in the Algarve, proud of its historic past – in ancient times it used to be the capital of the Algarve.



Although Casa dos Netos is a very nice modern villa in the Algarve, you might want to undertake some other activities than lounging around your private pool and enjoying the lush view. Messines is a typical market town in the central part of Algarve Portugal. Here you can find the real Algarve. In Messines the locals enjoy their ‘bica’ (espresso) while playing domino or talking about the latest orange prices.



Very popular is the Zoo Marine, near Albufeira, and there are a few waterslide parks, all about 20/25 minutes drive away from Casa dos Netos. Other water sports, like sailing, surfing etc are easy to arrange at the coastal places like Albufeira and Carvoeiro and Portimao. Dolphin trips you can do from Portimao, Ferragudo and Lagos. Trips to the caves, the most popular one is at Benagil.



Playing golf in the Algarve is not a problem at all, about 40 renowned golf courses spread over the Algarve. Closest to the villa is Silves Golf.
