What a fantastic villa, great location, short walk into town, slight downhill walk, so the walk back is a slight breather, but not a major challenge. The Villa was immaculate, from top to bottom. There is a mini market right across the road which is a dream, when you want those items to smooth you over before going to a larger supermarket. The agency team, were extremely helpful, had a slight issue with ants, (time of the year) but were immediately dealt with and sorted. The pool area is amazing, good size and sunbeds were comfortable. Four bedrooms, all with bathrooms, plenty of hangers in all wardrobes. All in all, great villa, great location.

Property was excellent, spacious and clean. Beautiful views from the balcony and incredibly close to Carvoeiro centre. We’ve stayed in a few villas in Carvoeiro and Villa Rosati was one of the best. Mid stay housekeeping visit was great to change the towels and the villa was well stocked with cooking equipment
