Le spa est brisé, cependant l’appartement est propre et en très bonne état. Air climatisé puissante et cuisine bien équipé.

basement apartment

The booking page when we booked did not make it clear that this is a basement apartment. It was quite dark and cramped feeling. It would probably be fine for a single person or a couple, but not a family. The bed and pillows in the bedroom were comfortable, but both pull-out couches in the living room were very uncomfortable. Additionally, the only air conditioning unit was in the living room, which meant that at night we had to choose between leaving the door open and lacking privacy, or closing the door and getting hot in the bedroom. We were very excited to use the hot tub, but it remained covered while we were there. It was also in a very exposed area to the neighboring homes. Unfortunately, this space did not work for us at all, and we only stayed two days. We ended up paying extra money to move to a different rental where we could enjoy the rest of our vacation.

Like at home

My husband and I came to Montreal to visit our family and had stay at William‘s place 6 nights. We had really good time and felt as we are at home. Appartment was clean and neat, well organized for long stay. Neighbourhood is very quiet and have some parks around. William is friendly and attentive person. We would like to stay there for next visit. I will recommend this place to anyone.

Above and beyond!

My husband, our 4 year old, our almost 2 year old and I had a great stay at William's place. It felt like staying at a fancy hotel. It was also a short drive to Montreal downtown without the noise of the city since it was in a quiet neighbourhood. William was welcoming, friendly, and very attentive. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for being a superb host!

Nice stay at a nice apartment

I was traveling with my wife and parents and even though the check-in time was 4 PM, William very kindly agreed to move up the time by an hour to coincide with our arrival since my parents were quite tired and wanted to rest a bit before moving on with the evening's plan. Once we got there, the apartment was very neat and tidy, with all the things one might need during a short stay. The apartment is a 10 minute drive to the nearest Metro station, and is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The only downside was that the mattress wasn't very comfortable, but literally everything else was really good. I fully recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again myself.
