The villa was very clean and welcoming, set in a large plot with olive and lime trees. The pool and pool area was lovely. You do need a car as the villa is a couple of km from the nearest village/town. San Vito dei Normanni has several supermarkets and lots of bars/restaurants. We found the villa a good base to explore Puglia.
The bathroom and kitchen were well equipped. The separate laundry has a washing machine, pegs and line for drying but it looked like you needed to bring your own detergent.
The only thing we struggled with was rubbish disposal as everything had to sorted and put out on different days during the week (leaving us with a challenge to remove anything remaining on the last day) - but this is likely to be common to all tourist villas in the area.
Overall, a lovely place to stay, would recommend.
