This home was unique, cute and very comfortable. Part of the home was a Trullo which added such character. The property was beautiful with fruit trees, olive trees and grape vines. Although we didn’t swim due to the weather the pool was very inviting.We would definitely stay here again!

Domenico & Maria Pia were so very welcoming and hospitable. We loved our time at the Trullo. It was so peaceful and relaxing and central to other towns in Puglia. Highly recommend the Trullo.

Friendly hosts

Very friendly hosts, attentive and available. We were nicely surprised with a basket of fresh local produces. Quiet location, surrounded by a well maintained garden. We can recommend to anybody wanting to visit the region!

Short stay in Carivagnio

We loved our stay at Carovigno. We were greeted with beautiful home made food and produce. We could collect eggs each day from the chooks. Domenico and Maria are beautiful gracious hosts. Property location was perfect for day trips. Would highly recommend even for a family.

Great place for vacation or Weekend get-away with friends

Nice authentic place in the middle of an olive orchard. Upon arrival Domenico and his wife welcomed us with a table full of local food, fruit and vegetables from the property, and a stocked fridge! Everything you need is there to make a nice vacation. There are different places where you can sit if you want privacy. I will defeated Y come back another time!

Amazing house with great swimmingpool and every day fresh eggs, fresh tomatoes and lemons! Domenico and Maria Pia are fantastic hosts, they gave is a great welcome with all kind of food and drinks, and you can buy there own wine, which is great! Grazie per tutto Domenica e Maria Pia!

Exceeding All Expectations

From the warm welcome, the fresh produce on arrival, and the villa itself, this was one of the highlights of our trip to Europe. A very special thanks to our hosts for their assistance with planning trips and organising transport, which added to the relaxed experience we had on their amazing property. Our 2 young children loved the pool and collecting eggs from the chickens, and the locally produced wine available for purchase was delicious 😋 Highly recommended, would not hesitate to stay again! ☺️

Kind hosts and great hospitality

Domenico and MariaPia have been so kind and generous to us during our stay. When we arrived they had prepared a full table of fruits and vegetables from their garden and also some homemade bread and snacks. We and our son enjoyed the pool and to go out and say hello to the chickens and donkey nearby. The house is a couple of minutes drive away from the supermarket and close to the nearby towns, about 15 min to Ostuni. Thank you so much!

Excellent and beautiful property

We were greeted with a table full of home made goodies, most of which came from the garden. Didn't use the pool as it turned chilly. The grounds are beautiful. It's like something out of the movies. A large property very well kept, beautifully lit, and gated. The smaller bedroom off the patio was a bit small, but cozy. The other bedroom was quite large and had a large tub. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. We stayed 4 nights and never really got the hang of the alarm, but it was only slightly annoying. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you

Beautiful Trullo

We are doing a 7 week tour of southern Italy & booked this Trullo in Puglia as we’ve never been to the region before. It more than lived up to expectations. It is set in huge olive groves & has its own chickens which you can collect their eggs!! Domenico & Maria are lovely hosts & prepared a lunch for us on our arrival & stocked the fridge with water. Wunderschönes Anwesen, Unterkunft sauber und gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub braucht, Gastgeber freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Ankunft fanden wir einen Tisch mit apulischen Spezialitäten für einen Aperitif vor und einen Korb mit Gemüse und Obst aus dem Garten. Der Kühlschrank war mit Wasser und Milch befüllt und im Schrank waren Kekse und das nötigste für das Frühstück.

Es war wirklich ein schöner Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Als erstes muss mann einfach die Gastgeber erwähnen. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen, ein Tisch, gedeckt mit ein paar italienisch Köstlichkeiten, Gemüse aus dem Garten, einfach wunderbar. Da unser Italienisch, aktuell gerade mal zum bestellen einer Pizza Margherita reicht, haben wir meißt über WhatsApp mit Domenico kommuniziert, das lief prima. Das Grundstück ist toll, mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet und ein paar schönen Plätzen, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Für eine kleine Erfrischung und ein Sonnenbad, ist der Pool wirklich super. Als jemand der 1982 geboren ist, würde ich das ein oder andere am/im Haus als rustikal bezeichnen, aber das hat auch seinen Charme. Es war jedenfalls alles top gepflegt, sauber, funktionstüchtig und bedarfsgerecht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder. Dieses Ferienhaus wird von zwei tollen Menschen unterhalten, die wirklich Freude daran haben Gastgeber zu sein und sich herzlich um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmern. Klare Weiterempfehlung von uns.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem traumhaften Trulli-Haus in Apulien. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, der Garten sehr gepflegt und der Pool einfach perfekt zum Entspannen. Unsere kleine Tochter und auch unser Hund haben sich rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders die herzliche Begrüßung mit selbst gemachten Leckereien und frischem Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten war ein Highlight. Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt direkt verlängert haben. Absolute Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderbar!

Es war sehr schön im Trullo bei Domenico.Der Empfang war sehr erfreulich, da man gleich von Maria Pia Essen aus deren Garten bekam und selbstgemachte Kleingebäcke.Alles lief vorher problemlos über WhatsApp ab. Obwohl wir früh dran waren konnten wir sofort in die Unterkunft, die einfach traumhaft ist. Innen groß, einfach und rustikal aber völlig ausreichend. Der Garten ist sehr gross, der Pool super. Mehr als ausreichend Liegen. Nach Schirmen für Pool und Strand gefragt - sofort hat Domenico welche gebracht. Anbindung nach Carovigno und San Vito superschnell. Strand mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wenn man was kritisieren möchte - morgens um 3 schreien die Hähne die bei offenem Fenster laut sein können. Aber dafür kann vermutlich Domenico nichts :-) alles in allem: wunderbar! Danke

Vacances dans les pouilles

Malgré un gros retard lié à notre vol, Domenico et son épouse nous ont attendu et nous ont réservé un excellent accueil. Il y avait sur la table de quoi nous restaurer ce soir là plus des legumes et des fruits à disposition. Chaque matin nous avons profité des oeufs récupérés dans le poulailler.

Fantastisch

Van de ontvangst door Dominico en zijn vrouw met lekkere zelf gekweekte en gemaakte hapjes tot het zwembad. Alles was met erg veel liefde verzorgd. Alles was ook erg schoon. De keuken was niet erg uitgebreid, maar voldoende. De bedden lagen goed. De douches hadden goede waterdruk. De trullo was versierd met Italiaanse snuisterijen. De tuin was ook fantastisch, met alle mogelijkheden om in de zon en in de schaduw te kunnen zitten. Maar de ontvangst, de Italiaanse uitleg en de persoonlijke aandacht zorgden ervoor dat we een dikke 10 geven!
