Villa Isi is in a fantastic position, 10 minutes' walk from the centre of Calan Forcat, where there is a huge selection of restaurants and shops, plus the island's largest waterpark all along the main street. The largest sandy beach in the area, Calan Blanes, is 15 minutes' walk away, but the smaller, more natural coves of Cala Picas and Calan Forcat are within easy reach too. This 3 bedroom house is bright, airy and well-equipped, and includes air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, pool heating and WiFi.

If you want a villa in a good central location, Villa Isi is ideal. The villa sits in a residential area, but is only 10 minutes' walk from the hustle and bustle of shops and restaurants in the centre of Calan Forcat. This area has merged with neighbouring Calan Blanes over time to create one of Menorca's largest holiday resorts with plenty to see and do, including the popular Aqua Center Waterpark! Or, if it's beaches you're after, you'll be spoilt for choice with 3 picturesque coves in the local area.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
