Lovely time

My family and I had a lovely stay..the villa was clean and had items we needed. The property manager was very responsive and was able to sort any queries, very promptly. Thank you for a lovely stay

Quiet location

The property is situated in a lovely quiet location only problem was noise from neighbours carrying out renovation due to time of year. Also property would benefit from heating at this time of year as 2oil heaters was not enough at night.can beawindy location as right on coastbut sunsets were spectacular.

Fantastic views

Spacious and well equipped and perfect for myself and two grown up daughters. Very quiet neighbourhood. A car is recommended. On the down side the mattresses were not very comfortable especially the double mattress where the springs could be felt. We also had a broken hob - this matter was not communicated to us until I mentioned it and then was told that they were waiting for the insurers to replace it. Unfortunately we had already done our shopping and had to find alternative ways to cook. On first entry which was night time we accidentally set of the alarm feeling for a light switch. There are no instructions for anything. I am sorry that sounds like a lot of moaning but we really did enjoy our stay.

El Charrito family holiday

Overall we had a nice stay at El Charitto which is located in a quiet area with lovely views out to sea. The first day/check in was a little traumatic disappointing (just a key left in key box for us to pick up and no information/welcome pack in the property). To make matters worse there was a storm as we arrived which caused a power cut in the villa and as nothing had been provided (no bread milk etc) we had no food, light or electricity on the first night also the property had very few candles, working lighters/matches so we were left in darkness which was not great as we were travelling with 2 young children. A property manager did come out to us but was unable to resolve anything or supply us with candles or food which was disappointing. Thankfully the next morning all was fine again with the electricity working and we enjoyed the remainder of our stay. I appreciate that is was a freak storm when we arrived and we were just unlucky with the weather during our stay but I do also think the initial check in could be improved ideally with a person to meet guests to show them around the property or at the very least a welcome/information back with some basics (bread milk, water).

Le maison n est pas louable en hiver car il fait froid.Il n y a pas de chauffage si ce n est un radiateur bain d huile.On en a demandé un second qui nous a été apporté mais il ne fonctionnait pas.Le soir nous étions en veste dans le logement.L hote ne répond pas au téléphone et met du temps à répondre sur WhatsApp.Aucune réactivité et c est bien dommage.Aussi non la vue sur la mer est magnifique

Ameublement très sommaire, les couettes que nous avons utilisées étaient sales et auraient meritées d'être lavées.Il en est de même pour la vaisselle qui est largement suffisante et complète mais elle necessitait d'être lavée.Pas de matelas sur les bains de soleil.Pour le reste tout est conforme au descriptif.La situation est epoustouflante par rapport à la proximité de la mer et de la vue sur le coucher de soleil.La personne à contacter à notre arrivée etait tres reactive et sympathique même si tout s'est fait par telephone.

Bonita casa con maravillosas vistas

Estuvimos muy agusto en la casa. La zona y las vistas maravillosas. La limpieza y preparacion correctas, pero no con mucho detalle. Nos pusieron una estufa electrica para calentar y un.deshumificador, ya que se notaba que la casa habia estado cerrada durabte el inviern

Ziet er op de foto luxer uit dan het in werkelijkheid is.

De algemene beoordeling is redelijk. Op de site ziet het huis er luxer uit dan het is. Hoe langer je er bent, hoe meer je ziet. Het is ook vochtig in huis.De kopjes, borden en bestek in de kast waren voor een deel vies. De rest van de keuken was ook zeer matig schoongemaakt. Verder ging het wel.De bedden vonden wij niet goed. Het tweepersoonsbed is maar 140 cm breed en naar onze mening te klein voor een dergelijke woning. De matrassen zijn heel hard en geven geen ondersteuning.Het huis straalt verder geen enkele sfeer uit. Je komt in een leeg huis, waar behalve meubels, niets is. Zelfs geen gastenboek of instructieboek. Ook geen toeristische info. Geen zout, peper of kruiden van vorige huurders. Alles was leeg. Keukengerei voldoende, maar niet goed van kwaliteit.De huiseigenaar of beheerder hebben we niet gezien of gehoord. Geen enkel contact. Sleutel uit het sleutelkastje gehaald. Dat ging goed. Zeer onpersoonlijk.Zwembad werd wel schoongemaakt. Die jongen die kwam schoonmaken stond wel onverwacht en onaangekondigd in de tuin. Dat was niet prettig.Het uitzicht is geweldig!!!Kortom, we hebben op zich een prima vakantie gehad, maar dat kwam niet door het huis. Voor ons is dit huis een eenmalige actie.

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable entre amis à la Casa El Charito ! L’hébergement était d’une propreté irréprochable. La vue sur les magnifiques couchers de soleil chaque soir était un véritable atout, et le barbecue nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Cependant, un petit bémol à signaler : le manque d’équipements. En effet, à notre arrivée pour une semaine à quatre, nous avons constaté qu'il n'y avait que trois pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle, pas de sel ni de poivre, bien que la cuisine soit par ailleurs bien équipée. De plus, seulement deux rouleaux de papier toilette pour quatre personnes, c'était un peu juste..Malgré cela, nous avons passé un excellent moment et nous recommandons cet endroit !

Lage und Aussicht perfekt

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren perfekt. Wir erlebten wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Der Garten war relativ ungepflegt und die Aussendusche funktionierte nicht. Die neue stand zwar dort wurde aber nicht montiert. Für zum Badetücher oder Wäsche zum aufhängen fehlte ein Wäscheständer.

Une vue magnifique

Un cadre extérieur exceptionnel. Les gérants ont été très disponible à nos moindres demandes. La maison est bien équipée avec les deux salles de bain refaite à neuf récemment. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
