Great house, had every tool in the kitchen you could possibly think of. Very clean and cozy. Views were excellent. The host was super reaponsive and very helpful. Neighbor owner also very pleasant as well. Almost instant responses to any question. The only comment I have is that the house is very close to the water and it's a sheer drop off the sidewalk into 3ft water. All of the kids were under 5, so we made them wear lifejackets every time they went outside. Would recommend 10/10.

We LOVED our stay at the Arthur's Point rental house. It was very spacious, and had a beautiful view of the lake from the inside and outside of the house. The bed was comfortable in the master bedroom, and house was decorated nicely. This house has it all - sun room, indoor games, kayaks, firepit, and more! This house was awesome, and we hope to stay here again on our next visit to Indian Lake!

It had everything we were looking for on the inside and out. Beautiful views and the fire pit is awesome. Great place for us to swim and fish and enjoy the lake. We try to stay somewhere different every year but the group has agreed that your place is a must return. Thanks for your hospitality. The house was beautiful and clean. We loved the back porch.

Perfect lake house vacation spot

I rented this house for my family to celebrate my father's 80th birthday with my sisters and their families. The house and yard provide beautiful lake views in every direction. the yard feels very private despite being open to the water, because the house, boat house and dock surround it. Having the boat dock made getting on and off the boat we rented easy for my parents. The house is beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen. Kimberly was very responsive and super easy to work with. The kids had fun making smores over the fire in the firepit. Coffee in the sunroom every morning was a wonderful way to start each day. A glass of wine by the firepit watching the sunset was the perfect ending. We also enjoyed using the kayaks, fishing poles, and cornhole boards provided. Thank you for, Kimberly, for sharing your beautiful home with us! We will definitely return!

Before school lake weekend

This place was set up perfectly for our group. Enough space for the kids to get to sleep and the adults to hang out somewhere quiet. Lake views were incredible and the dock space was well used during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

Lakeview with boat dock

Great time together with my four kids and their two adult friends. The evening view was spectacular. It was nice having a boat dock. We enjoyed kayaks, bike, fishing, and the fire pit. The house has excellent rooms!

Lake Front Family Getaway

Our family had an amazing stay at this lake front property! It was perfect for us. (7 adults and 2 under the age of 2) The house was immaculate, and we felt we could allow the babies to play on the floor without any problem, and I am picky about cleanliness! The actual lake frontage makes it seem like you don't have neighbors, as it is on a corner lot. The yard area was great for playtime, boat watching, games, fishing off the sea wall, bonfires, and visiting. Everything was provided as stated in the information given. An excellent property which we are hoping to use again! Thank you for providing such a great experience!!

Stunning Views

This property was just as described! My husband, kids, brother, parents, and I all enjoyed this home. All the amenities were there, plus lots of entertainment provided by the games, kayaks, and fire pit. The lake was extremely weedy, the worst they said in years, but we were still able to get the pontoon around to take the kids tubing and visit Cranberry Resort for lunch. We enjoyed fishing right off the lake wall, and the kids loved swimming by the wet steps. Excellent communication with the host as well! Definitely would recommend this place!

We had a short stay, but enjoyed it very much. The house is nice and has beautiful views of the lake. The yard was a great place for our kids to play and has some shade from the trees. Kimberly was very attentive and always responded promptly.

Perfect vacation spot!

This is a lovely home on the lake in a perfect location for boating, fishing, kayaking and a whole lot of fun. Well kept home with everything you need for a great time. This was the third summer we have rented this home and definitely plan to return!

Best place for the fireworks on July 4th!

Excellent location and perfect spot to watch the fireworks… Easy checkin, checkout and the house had everything we needed. Great family vacation rental… would stay again!
