Lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom modern apartment with stunning sea and mountain views. Beautiful pools including your own semi-private infinity pool accessed directly from your own private spacious terrace.
Fully equipped to offer a very comfortable bright spacious home allowing you to relax from the moment you enter.
Nearest shops, bars. restaurants, spa hotels are a 7 minute walk away. The old town centre with countless restaurants and bars is a 15 minute walk away and the harbour/beach just a few more minutes.
The dining experience in Kalkan is second to none. Beautifully designed rooftop restaurants serving superb food with immaculate service. Kalkan is definitely a foodie's paradise at affordable prices.
There are a number of wonderful beach clubs to relax in or swim in the crystal clear sea.
The boat trips are extremely popular. Spending the whole day at sea, swimming in different bays and eating the most delicious food.
There are lots of wonderful places to visit around Kalkan too, like Kaş another beautiful town just 30 minutes away by Dolmuş. Kaputaş beach, Saklikent Gorge and many mountain villages not forgetting the cosmopolitan Fethiye.
Ask anyone who has visited Kalkan, once seen never forgotten and that's why visitors return time and time again for their own piece of paradise. Be warned, you will fall in love with this special town.

Wonderful stay at this lovely 2-bed duplex!It’s been 10 years since we last stayed at this complex, and Donna’s place did not disappoint. The view across the bay is absolutely magical — a perfect backdrop for a relaxing break.The terrace gets the sun from early morning until around 4pm (we were there in September), making it an ideal spot for eating, sunbathing, or simply soaking in the surroundings.The shared pool with the adjacent apartment is a fantastic bonus and the main pool is massive!The accommodation itself is comfortable, clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need.Huge thanks to Donna for all her helpful suggestions and quick responses — she really made the whole experience seamless.We would absolutely recommend this holiday rental and would love to return!

The Martins

Wonderful communication with Donna so much so that she pointed out that one of our passports didn’t have the relevant time left on it . We were so grateful for her attention to detail and that she cared enough for us to have a stress free trip. The apartment was a lot bigger in real life. The bedrooms were both huge for a family of tall adults. The smart tv was a great asset too for evenings in. The kitchen was really well equipped and coffee and tea etc were such a nice touch. As was the basics to eat for our arrival. The access to the pool from our terrace was wonderful giving a feeling of a private villa. But most of all , it’s Donna who really was the icing on the cake. Advice on boat trips, eating out, super markets etc. Nothing was too much trouble. The views were the views you see in Santorini . A 10 minute walk down the hill to the old town then a cheap taxi back up after a lovely evening out at the marina. A truly wonderful holiday . Beautiful house with the best host we have ever experienced.

Everything we hoped for and more

Amazing accommodation, peaceful, though also within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. Wouldn't hesitate in returning, and the property host could not have been more helpful.

Great apartment

Donna is an excellent host and the apartment was fantastic. The location between Kalkan town and Kalamar bay made exploring the area easy. The views over Kalkan are stunning, although being this high up makes for a very steep climb back up from town. The taxis are plentiful and cheap, so we tended to walk in and taxi home (for just under £3). The apartment complex was quiet and serene, the shared pool off the terrace was incredibly welcome in the heat (we never saw a cloud in a month long stay). The apartment was spotless, the beds extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. As for the area, Kalkan is a great resort town and the competition means there are no bad restaurants. Join the Visit Kalkan Facebook page before you come and you will have all the guidance you need on Kalkan and the surrounding area (and Donna recommended some great places too). Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment, great location

This was a spacious, comfortable apartment, very clean and well-maintained and well equipped. There were comfortable sun beds and a lovely infinity pool shared with the apartment next door. The shared sun terrace was large and well-maintained and the main pool was fantastic - reputed to be one of the best in Kalkan. The location was ideal for accessing the shops, restaurants and bars on the Kalamar Road and it was only a fifteen minute walk into town - although, like most of Kalkan, it is very hilly so you would need a reasonable level of fitness (otherwise the taxis are still a very cheap way of getting around).

Fabulous apartment

What a fabulous apartment. We have visited Kalkan many times but always in a villa but this time we chose an apartment. It was very spacious, clean and with all the amenities that you needed. It was an added bonus to arrive to milk, water, bread and eggs. Donna was superb in her communication and very helpful. The swimming pools were amazing and you were often the only people using them. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous Stay & Highly Recommend

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet location which suited our family with 2 teenage daughters. The upside of the elevated position of the property is that it has the most spectacular views of Kalkan Bay but this did mean for a steep walk down and back up but a cheap taxi ride back 50TL (£2.50) meant this was never a problem. The apartment was clean, has everything you need to make for a comfortable self-catering holiday including BBQ, outside dining area and 4 sunbeds. The shared swim up pool was fantastic with more amazing views of the bay. We also had access to the long communal pool and sunbeds (shared by all at the complex) but this was never busy. The owner, was extremely helpful with lots of communication and recommendations (special mention for the grocery delivery service & take-away App). Thank you for all your help Donna, we loved our stay and would love to come back.

Excellent property

The booking process was easy & communication with the owner was clear and also advice was offered for the area. Upon arrival, the property was very clean & tidy with 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower and a huge sofa bed downstairs with a further shower. The semi private pool was a great size and depth & the main pool was fantastic. We had a small welcome basket of milk, bread and eggs. All kitchen utensils were present, all we needed was a quick shop at Migros nearby and we were all set. You can wall into town down the hill probably about 15 to 20 mins and a taxi back up. A great place to unwind. Thank you Donna for sharing your property.

Amazing views of bay

Beautiful and well thought out apartment, actually exceeding our expectations! We had our own infinity pool, which is accessible from balcony. Quite location and very relaxing. Beautiful view of the Bay of Kalkan. House martins nesting above. Magical.

I'm Donna. I am passionate about travel and one of my very favourite places is Kalkan Turkey. I have been to many many towns and cities in Turkey which are very beautiful but Kalkan has some kind of magic and that inspired my partner Terry and I to purchase this lovely apartment. Our aim is to provide the perfect holiday experience for all of our guests so you too can feel the magic of Kalkan and hopefully fall in love with it like we have.

Our apartment is part of the stunning Elvina Complex with it's huge 46m infinity pool plus several semi private infinity pools of which you will share one with only one neighbouring apartment and have access to it via steps from your own private terrace.
The sea views are truly breathtaking and can be seen from both balconies and terrace.
The apartment is contemporary, fitted with everything you could possibly need.
It will be refurbished before the 2022 season with new kitchen, new bathroom and fully redecorated throughout.
