● There is no free parking available at this property. Free parking is available outside the property on the single yellow line from 6 PM to 8 AM. There is also pay and display on the surrounding streets.

● The nearest subway station is Notting Hill Gate, a 7-minute walk.

∗Please note that the beds are in standard UK size.

∗Please note the property is equipped with a noise, smoke, and occupancy monitoring device.

∗ Please be advised that the fireplace is reserved solely for decorative purposes and is strictly prohibited for guests' use.

∗Kindly be advised that regular cleaning of the roof terrace drain is necessary every 2 weeks to prevent potential leaks and blockages. To facilitate this maintenance, one of our representatives must visit briefly to address this matter.

*Please be advised that until December, there is an ongoing scaffolding nearby - noise is possible during your stay. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

*Please note there is construction work ongoing in the building next door from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM. A disruptive noise is possible during your stay. JOIVY apologises for the inconvenience.

∗Please note that JOIVY is not responsible or liable for any lost, misplaced or stolen items during guest stays.

∗Kindly be informed that there is ongoing construction near the property, which is expected to continue for approximately 3-6 months. Please be aware that there may be audible noise during your stay, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may bring.

Large house in an ideal location

Rented this house for our family of five adults over the holidays. Communications in advance with the management company was great and the directions provided prior to arrival were easy to follow. We couldn't have been more pleased with the location: two blocks off famous Portobello Rd and an easy 7-10 minute walk to the Nottinghill Hill Gate tube. The house is on a mews street which had the added benefit of being exceptionally quiet - you literally don't hear any street traffic. The place itself was spacious by London rental standards and we were able to spread out nicely across 3 1/2 bedrooms. The 1/2 bedroom or office has a comfortable fold out sofa that we used so 3 of the 5 of us could sleep in separate bedrooms. The kitchen and dining area are quite large and the appliances look to have been refreshed fairly recently. We didn't really use the appliances very much because we ate all of our meals out, but everything looked functional and well-stocked. The living area is a bit odd with the stairs cutting through the middle of it but again was very spacious. The only real compliant we had about the house were that the furniture in the living area are tired, a bit dirty and in need of replacing. We didn't really feel comfortable lounging around the room though we really didn't spend a lot of time at the house itself except to sleep. We also informed the management that Sky TV wasn't functioning and should be repaired. So all in and good value and great location in London.
