この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The Villa is a perfect location as its private in a residential area with off road parking. It has a panoramic sea view and is a 10 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The Old Town is a few minutes walk away with lovely fish restaurants, tapas bars and boat trips leaving the harbour to various parts of the island.

この宿泊施設の特徴

It feels very private and homely with all mod cons, including flat screen TV,DVD,Music System and Wi Fi. Fully fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms, basement which sleeps up to 2. There are 3 shower/bathrooms.
Al fresco dining and barbecue on the terrace. The basement has a pool table a cinema projector which is great for chilling out and gives the children lots of enjoyment. There is a large selection of books to enjoy.
