Welcome to this wonderful house on the outskirts of Petra with all the comforts, including a refreshing private chlorine pool. It has capacity for 12 people.
This property has been designed to enjoy the good Mediterranean weather. The beautiful chlorine pool measures 9 x 4.5 meters and has a depth ranging from 0.9 to 2.05 meters. You can sunbathe on the sun loungers around the pool, play volleyball on the lawn and enjoy a delicious barbecue under the porch. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

The modern two-story house offers everything you need for a comfortable and independent stay. On the ground floor stands out the main room that brings together the living room, the dining area and the kitchen and is equipped with satellite TV, AC -both in the living room and in the kitchen-dining area- and a ceramic hob. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On the main floor we have two bedrooms and both offer AC, a double bed and two single beds in the loft area. On the ground floor there are also two bathrooms with a bathtub. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor and both have a double bed, AC and en-suite bathroom with shower. The house offers 2 cots and a high chair in case you are travelling with your babies.

The property is located on the outskirts of one of the most charming towns in Mallorca, Petra. Here you will find the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The location in the center of the island is perfect for exploring Mallorca. The closest beach is Playa de Muro, although you can visit other wonderful beaches and coves by car.
