Welcome to Can Mesquida, a spacious holiday home perfect for families and groups, offered by 5StarsHome, the leader in vacation rentals in Mallorca and Ibiza. This beautiful finca accommodates 12 guests plus babies, featuring 6 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, and free WiFi.



Located just over a kilometre from Inca, the house sits in a large fenced garden surrounded by palm trees and Mediterranean plants. The highlight is the impressive 12m x 6m private pool, complete with sun loungers and umbrellas for relaxing days under the sun. There is also a children’s playground with a slide and swing, ideal for families with little ones.



There are several spacious terraces with lounge furniture, offering perfect spots to unwind, and a large outdoor dining table ideal for meals together. For barbecue lovers, there is a comfortable outdoor BBQ area to prepare delicious grilled dishes.



Inside, the stylish natural stone house spans 543 m² with a modern, bright design. The living area has large windows and sliding doors that fill the space with natural light, and there is a spacious sofa area for relaxing or enjoying movie nights. Next to it is the integrated dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, making cooking easy and enjoyable.



The sleeping area offers 6 large double bedrooms (3 with double beds and 3 with two single beds each) and 5 modern bathrooms, 3 of them en suite. One bathroom even features a double rain shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning and TV for added comfort.



Can Mesquida is located just outside Inca, a well-connected town in the heart of Mallorca. Inca is famous for its large weekly market on Thursdays, offering leather goods, local produce, and crafts. The town also hosts “Dijous Bo,” Mallorca’s largest autumn fair, and is known for its wineries, cafés, and cozy restaurants.



From the finca, beautiful beaches such as Playa de Muro and Puerto Pollensa are just a short drive away, perfect for day trips. Whether you plan to explore the island or relax at the finca, Can Mesquida is an ideal year-round holiday home with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Wunderbare Finca

Tolle Gastgeber, die sich um jedes Anliegen sofort kümmern. Der Pool ist großartig und die Finca sehr großzügig gestaltet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub. Eine Thermoskanne und ein Krug für Sangria würden die Ausstattung perfekt machen.

Tout d’abord un grand merci aux hôtes, bienveillants, chaleureux et accueillants. La villa est magnifique !!! Nous étions en famille (11 personnes) et malgré nos mésaventures (en rien dû au logement), nous avons créé un magnifique album de souvenirs dans nos têtes. L’endroit est paisible, la piscine grandiose et la végétation apaisante. Chacun avait son espace pour vaquer à ces occupations. 🌸

This home is beautiful.

It matched the online descriptions perfectly. Ana was friendly and thorough at our arrival. We had an issue with the security gate. We called her. She had the issue taken care of immediately. We ate oranges and lemons right off the tree in the backyard. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back.

Für 12 Personen eine Finca mit viel Platz zu bekommen, da ist die Auswahl schon begrenzt. Ein Glück, dass wir auf unserer Suche auch 5Stars gestoßen sind. Es war alles zu unsere vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir haben den Grillplatz ausgiebig genutzt und Morgens Orangen aus dem Garten holen und frisch gepresst zu genießen, was will man mehr. Als der Pool mal über Nacht verdreckt war (Blätter und Grassamen der umliegenden Bäume, genügte ein Anruf (WhatsApp) und es wurde das Wasser gesäubert. Selbst als ein Teil der Gruppe mit Magen-Darm zu kämpfen hatte, wurde uns von den Besitzern ein Mittel aus dem Drogeriemarkt inkl. Kuchen vorbeigebracht. Und das Mittel hat wirklich geholfen! Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Fantastic stay

We were 8 adults with their children and everyone was extremely happy! It's a gorgeous finca with a beautiful garden, great areas for everyone to eat and chill (inside AND outside), plenty of clean bathrooms and a well equipped, modern kitchen. The owners are very amiable and made us feel at home. There's great beaches to reach by car and the area is just perfect for road cycling.

Brilliant Villa

The Villa was spotless and was as good as the photos, Ana the owner daughter was lovely, kind and very helpful. Our stay was superb and couldn’t fault the Villa we were all delighted with the with the cleanliness and the decor which made our holiday a great experience. Perhaps a couple more chopping boards and a few smaller roasting dishes. We had a couple of vegans and a couple veggies and a couple of fish eaters. Which made it a little hard cooking, we managed and it didn’t effect my rating 10/10 Ana was a ‘excellent hostess thank very much.

Great experience!

Very happy, everything as I saw it in the photos, a very rewarding experience. I will be back! Customer Service - I have never received such appalling Customer Service. When I emailed the booking office to request a refund or rebooking, I received a very distasteful reply, blaming the UK Government for us not being able to travel. Despite further attempts to contact the Booking Office, they refuse to answer my e-mails. I will never use this company again and I doubt you will publish this review as you clearly only publish the positive ones.

An Amazing Property

Cana Mesquida is an incredibly spacious, clean and well-equipped property inside and out. We did not want for anything during our stay - it was all there. The mid-week clean with fresh bedding and towels was a real treat. Fix the outside washing line - it was a bit saggy (but this is us being super picky - it really was not a problem at all).

Wunderschöne Finca mit Top Service

Wir haben mit 10 Erwachsenen und 2 Babies eine Woche Urlaub gemacht. Es war wirklich ausreichend Platz, auch zwei Personen mehr wären kein Problem gewesen. Schöne neue Einrichtung, ein großer Pool und alles wunderbar sauber und gepflegt. Der Service war auch einwandfrei, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!

Super schöne, moderne, saubere und top ausgestattete Finca

Sehr schönes Objekt mit großem Pool, Garten, ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten für 12 Personen, tolle Küchenausstattung, viel Equipment, super nette Vermieter, sehr sauber, es wird sogar einmal pro Woche geputzt. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!
