This two-storey cottage hosts two double bedrooms, one with a truckle bed for flexible sleeping, along with a bathroom, kitchen/diner, sitting room and snug room, which have a woodburning stove. The kitchen contains an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. For entertainment, guests are provided with a Smart TV with sky and WiFi. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed front garden with lawned area and seating. The central heating is powered by oil and is included in the rental price, along with bed linen, towels, and power. The owner has no limit on the amount of pets’ welcome, however, please ensure pets and young children and always supervised, especially with the steep staircase. Please by mindful that smoking is not permitted at the property. There is a shop within 0.8 miles and a pub within 1.4 miles.
