**ONLY MONTHLY STAYS**
Beautiful one-bedroom apartment located next to the Joan Miró Museum. Renovated in 2018, it offers stunning sea views and includes private parking. The building is situated in a quiet area and features an elevator, a landscaped area with a communal swimming pool, and additional parking spaces.
Inside, the apartment boasts a bright and airy open-plan living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, illuminated by a large window. It includes a full bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a window overlooking the Na Burguesa mountains.
Amenities include fast Wi-Fi, hot and cold air conditioning, and a 55-inch Smart TV.
Located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, the apartment is situated opposite Marivent Palace, the summer residence of the Spanish royal family.
This apartment offers a prime location, modern amenities, and a perfect balance of tranquility and access to services and activities.
The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, and the area is well connected by public transport. A bus stop located 100 metres from the building provides multiple routes to Palma city centre in just 15 minutes. You can also reach the city centre by bike or on foot. If you have a car, private parking is included in the building.
The location is also convenient for exploring other parts of the island. The airport is only 15 kilometres away (a 10-minute taxi ride), and Son Espases Hospital is 45 minutes away by bus. The nearby ring road, just 2 minutes away, provides easy access to the island’s main roads.
