Stunning apartment located on the ground floor in a recently built building with high quality, designer furniture and access to a spectacular common terrace with privileged views of the Cathedral. Located in the heart of Seville, just a few meters from the Cathedral and Giralda, the commercial area, the Town Hall and the rest of the city's monuments. It´s on the grown floor, fully equipped, consists of 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, living-dining room, kitchen and a high-level full bathroom. You will be able to access the communal terrace on the top floor.
This modern loft is located just 50 metres from the city's cathedral, making it the perfect base from which to explore the old town.The loft has a beautiful communal terrace where you can enjoy panoramic views of the city and the cathedral, as well as a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. The loft itself is carefully decorated in a modern and elegant style, with all the amenities you need to enjoy a comfortable stay.The accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with flat-screen TV and a double bed. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Wi-Fi is available throughout the loft so you can stay connected at all times.The location of the loft is unbeatable, as it is just a short walk from the cathedral, the Giralda, the Real Alcazar and other historic monuments of Seville. The property was very clean but we did have a couple of roaches make a surprise visit. The property was located in a fantastic area with plenty to see and do. It was very easy to access the property and the rooftop terrace provided an excellent location for an afternoon beverage. Overall we had a fantastic stay.

Nice apartment, perfect location

We had a great time in this apartment. Nice, clean and a perfect bed. But especially the central location was very pleasant!

The apartment is spacious and clean with complete amenities. The bed is comfortable, it felt sleeping in my own bedroom. Bathroom is nice with good lighting. The shower gel and shampoo are definitely of good quality. My skin and hair felt definitely smooth after a bath. How i wished i can take the products with me ?? It felt so safe and comfy during my stay. Never had a problem. Would definitely book again if given another chance to come back to Seville!

Excellent Find

This apartment is perfectly located - close to the Cathedral and Alcazar and to restaurants and shops, but tucked away in a relatively quiet alley. It is well equipped and was more than adequate for 2 people.

Amazing Apartment in an Amazing Location

My husband and I spent three nights in this beautiful apartment. Although small, and on the ground floor with only one window, it somehow seemed spacious and laid out well. The high high ceilings helped to provide more spaciousness. The exposed brick in both the bedroom and bathroom was a lovely architectural feature. And, the location could not be beat! There were plenty of wonderful cafes and restaurants nearby as well as many of the attractions that we wanted to visit. We would definitely rent this apartment again!

Chic and Central in Seville

We absolutely could not have envisioned a better location for a 3-day stay in bustling Seville. This, combined with the great patio view and much-needed air conditioning made this an excellent place to stay. We loved that we could easily pop in and out of the place as needed while seeing all the local sites. While my husband had a siesta, I could easily wander the nearby attractions or gelato shops and drink in the Spanish culture. It was close to the river too-I planned to run one day but it was too hot! The apartment was well-equipped with a washing machine, coffee maker and pods, and all necessary kitchen items. The supermarket and cafes were close by and made breakfast and lunch options quick and easy. Couldn’t ask for a better location to find great dinner options too.
